An enjoyable stay in a well appointed apartment.

2.5 km from centre up a steep hill which is difficult without a car. Taxi or bus was not always available.

Out of Office with Como lake view

We (couple) spent a few beautiful days in this great apartment (~ 100m2) with patio and amazing view on Como lake. The key collection was very easy and host gave us clear instruction (recorded videos: how to get apartment, use a garage, demonstrated the apartment) prior to arriving. Getting the apartment also was quite straightforward, we would only recommend to rent a small car or be very careful when driving (narrow road) :) This big apartment has everything for living (short or long stay) and nice design with attention to small things (decorations). We liked the kitchen (seemed that it had everything for cooking). We would say that we quite disconnected from big city life because the location was quite. There are few nice restaurants, otherwise you can drive to Cernobbio and get what you need, in addition Como city is also not so far. Thanks!

The carpark near the apartment is full most of the time, the other one further away is available but it is far and uphill. The external lights do mot seem to be working.

Beautiful apartment with view of Lake Como that challenged us to get our steps in everyday!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view and a shared patio. Fantastic restaurant Il Gatto Nero and a small market within 5 minute walk. Host was very helpful and provided us with a complementary bottle of wine!

Location was tough. We didn't have a car so it was a 30 minute walk up and down a steep pedestrian path to get to town. Wouldn't have wanted to drive a car up the narrow winding roads and have to find parking either. There is a bus station right next to the apartment but the schedule is limited.

I loved the house and the view!

The view from the accommodation was incredibly wonderful. The apartment (Lemon) was really charming too. I traveled without a car, so walking from the village down to the accommodation required good fit (30 minutes), but fortunately there is a lovely little shop (local bread, cheese, vegetables, wine etc. ) and restaurant quite close, about 5 minutes up the road. (Note: Bigger grocery shopping should be done down in the village.)

Overpromised, underdelivered with a high price, rude host and lack of conveniences.

The view is gorgeous and the apartment was decorated very tastefully.

The apartment lies quite high against the mountain so you'll have to navigate quite some tight curves on steep roads. There is little parking space near the apartment and you'll have to carry your luggage up a hill and multiple stairs. All of this is not communicated properly upfront. The advertisement promises a big balcony/terrace you can use, but that is actually the owner's terrace and not available to guests. Instead, you get access to a terrace at the back of the house without the view of the lake and you have to share that terrace with other guests. The light in one of the toilets didn't work. The host promised to fix it but didn't. The price of the apartment was double that of comparable apartments around Como (for us at least) and the host asked for city tax on top of the already super high price. This has not been made clear upfront in the advertisement. We refused to pay the city tax.

it was comfortable and had a nice view

the parking is a real problem here. we arrived at 2 am due to the ferry being late and we had no where close to the property to park . we were also charged a tax which wasn’t a lot but booking.com says taxes included we also had to get out by 10am booking.con says 11am

Wonderful View!! it is a quiet place high on the mountain to appreciate the wonderful views. the apartment is cozy and tastefully decorated, has everything you need, a back terrace with a table with partial view of the lake and a barbecue also with partial view, jasmine plants perfume the room.

Overall the apartment is pretty good! Maybe a better mattress would improve the sleeping comfort. The location may seem not too convenient, but the view is worth the effort.

it was a great stay, with a beautiful view right in the middle of a small Italian city.

it has a great view, near the city and it didn’t felt like an apartment or hotel at all. It had a real cozy home feeling because the facility was big and everything you needed in a home.

Incredible view on top of the hill

A beautiful view on top of the hill from the front. Nice apartment for a couple. Nice size. Owner was helpful with parking and checkin. Comfortable living room. Kitchen seemed to have most of what you would need, we didn't cook at all

The drive to the apartment is up a long winding narrow road. It does not have a balcony on the front where the view is. There is a large back yard with barbecue etc. And there is some view from the backyard.

Really enjoyed facilities blown away by the view the owners were very friendly and helpful the house was stunning, was only there 2 days if stayed any longer would have rented a car as walk down into cernobbio central took 30 min the pictures on website dont do this place justice it's a little gem of a place

The apartment has wonderful view There is elevators in the house The owner is very friendly and speaks English very well About the people who are complaining about narrow street If you use HERE we go Navigating or other ,they will drop you in very narrow street. But the main street not very bad. I have explained in the pictures the rong street that may the Navigating tells you to go. Don't go and fallow the street which I told you. You won't feel difficulty to arrive. When you arrive the place. You can see there is parking area. near the parking there is narrow street that drop you down between houses. Follow that street about 100m and you can see garage. That will be the house

Never again. Sleepless nights and unpolite owner!!

Beautiful lake view and nice decoration.

We have booked for its beautiful view but it was quite difficult to find the location. No aircondition and it was impossible to sleep because of hot temperature in the room. (Also because of mosqitoes) The most unpolite owner(even rude) ever. Although we have agreed to check out during lunch break, at 09:30 in the morning she was ringing our bell to leave by 10:00AM.(by the way the regular check out time was 10:30) Then she was quite rude and was chasing us to leave as soon as possible. Although we were sleeping when she came at 09:30, We checked out by 10:38AM. And her behaviour was not polite at all. Never again..

La vue est magnifique et le logement très confortable et spacieux.

Il manque de couverts : 4 verres, 4 assiettes et 4 jeux de couverts. L'accès et le stationnement sont compliqués quand on a une grosse voiture...

Prachtig appartement, maar.......

Het appartement was prima en voorzien van vele gemakken. Complete keuken en prima airco. Er was een lift om koffers naar boven te brengen. Het uitzicht was prachtig, maar wel beperkt tot de openslaande deur en een klein raam. Er is een busverbinding nabij de accommodatie die je van Rovenna naar Cernobbio brengt.

Het appartement heeft geen balkon en dat is jammer. Het op de foto getoonde (grote) terras is alleen beschikbaar voor het appartement op de eerste verdieping. Wij moesten het doen met een smalle tuin (aan de achterzijde) met een hoge heg, luidruchtige buren en de muur van het huis. Daar zijn geen foto's van beschikbaar op de website. Er is geen gelegenheid om je was(je) te doen, zelfs niet in een emmer(tje). Auto is noodzakelijk en die kun je niet of nauwelijks parkeren aan de weg. Wel op de grote parkeerplaats in het dorp(je) Rovenna (ca. 500 meter lopen). Supermarkt in Rovenna? Niet of nauwelijks open. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand(je) is een kilometer of 15 van de locatie. Even dompelen in het Comomeer is er dus niet bij. De wifi is aanwezig, maar niet stabiel.

Een paradijsje met het mooiste uitzicht op het meer Holiday Home Vista Lago is simpelweg een droomplek. Het huis ligt op misschien wel het mooiste punt van het hele meer – met een panoramisch uitzicht over het water én de stad Como. Elke ochtend wakker worden met dit vergezicht is al pure luxe. Het hoogtepunt? Je eigen ontbijt maken in de keuken, een verse Italiaanse koffie zetten en dan buiten zitten terwijl je blik over het glinsterende meer en de schilderachtige stad dwaalt. Het is zo’n moment dat je écht even stil laat staan bij hoe mooi het leven kan zijn. Het huis zelf is verzorgd, sfeervol ingericht en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. De combinatie van privacy, rust en die adembenemende locatie maakt Vista Lago een plek waar je het liefst nooit meer weggaat. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Como wil beleven op zijn allermooist.

Parkeren kan een kleine uitdaging zijn, maar zodra je eenmaal binnen bent, voel je alleen nog rust en geniet je volop van de plek.

Vi nød virkelig udsigten fra lejligheden og vi følte os trygge i nabolage, selvom det ligger en del op af bjerget og der

Utrolig flot udsigt fra lejligheden og hyggelig køkken/stue og soveværelse.

Der dryppede vand fra loftet og ned på køkkengulvet og vi var ikke informeret om at de var bekendt med problemet. Det lignede bestemt ikke at det lige var begyndt.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt mit großartigen Seeblick.

Der Blick auf den See aus dem großen Wohnzimmer Fenster ist ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich , in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht und auf jeder Etage eine Toilette. Im Haus, wenn man dann die Stufen bis zur Haustür geschafft hat, gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Wenn man Glück hat, ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße frei, ansonsten muss man etwas weiter den Berg hochfahren und zurück laufen, aber man findet immer einen. Das Internet funktioniert tadellos.

Bei den Fotos im Inserat geht nicht ganz eindeutig hervor, daß die Terasse nur von den Mietern der Wohnung im ersten Stock genutzt werden kann, die beiden Wohnungen im zweiten Stock teilen einen kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus, wo es auch eine kleine Ecke mit Seeblick gibt.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip zum Comer See!

Die Aussicht auf den Comer See vom Zimmer aus war sensationell! Ansonsten: bequemes Bett, außergewöhnliche Einrichtung, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, saubere Bäder. Der Check In war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Einzige Manko: Parken. Direkt vor der Unterkunft war natürlich nichts frei. Wir sind ein kleines Stück weiter den Berg rauf auf den großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Von dort aus läuft man 5 min zur Unterkunft.

L’appartement a un potentiel incroyable. La vue est magnifique

Salle de bain, cabine de douche sale et tous les joints sont moisis avec des champignons. De la poussière et des toiles d’araignées. Le cadre du lit poussiéreux, une barrière à l’étage qui n’est pas fixée avec risque chute dans les escaliers (aucune barrière de sécurité-pas de main courante). La terrasse était inexistante, même si un semblant de chaise était là mais même pas préparé. La zone de parking est mauvaise. Dommage que nous le sachions que lorsque nous avons conformer la réservation.

何よりも部屋からの眺望が最高でした！チェルノッビオ、コモ湖、アルプスの織りなす絶景が目の前に広がります。また部屋の広さ、清潔さ、用意されている備品の充実なども申し分ありません。次回の滞在時にはまた利用したいと思います。

これは仕方ないことですが、駐車場が周辺の公共のものを利用するのですが、宿に最も近いものはいつも一杯でした。そのため少し離れた所に停める必要がありました。また、大きめの荷物を持ち込む際には急な階段を上がるのが大変ですので、予め覚悟された方が良いと思います。

Der Blick auf den Comer See war toll

Auf der Website wurde die Terrasse so prominent herausgestellt, dass wir diese zu der Wohnung assoziiert haben. Es gab aber keine. Der Umgang mit unserem Missmut war aalglatt und desinteressiert. Also nie wieder.
