new and apartment

apartment with a big bedroom and comfortable bed. the apartment is beautiful and recently renovated, with high quality details. it has all needed amenities for a short stay. the location is 5-10 walking distance from almost any beautiful place in Cernobbio

even when I got the last free place in the public parking lot next to the apartment. I am concerned this would be possible during the high season. the AC makes a little noise, I actually liked it and I considered white noise and it helps me sleep better.

Disappointing and less than comfortable.

The apartment is big, new and very clean.

Check in was a strange and unclear process with sending passport photos and paying turist tax via whatsapp. Getting in was hard due to contradicting instructions. Then there were no blankets for our children and no way to arrange this “extra request”. Not a special request, just the basics. We did get an apology but no compensation. So not the relaxed night we expected and paid for.

Easy, clean and modern! So comfortable

This apartment was so clean! Had amazing air conditioning and everything we could need. Extra towels and sheets, fully stocked kitchen, two pull out couches, and everything was modern and fresh. They let us check in late after a big travel day and we were so happy!

È stato un soggiorno davvero super piacevole: appartamento nuovo, curato e molto comodo, con spazi ampi e una ristruttur

Mi è piaciuto un sacco che l’appartamento sia moderno, nuovo e pensato bene: per due persone è davvero comodissimo. Le stanze sono grandi, non ti senti mai “stretto”, e si vede proprio che i proprietari hanno ristrutturato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. La parte tecnologica poi è una bella coccola: riscaldamento automatico con regolazione della temperatura, prese USB per ricaricare al volo e la TV in camera con Netflix, che non è così scontata. Anche il bagno è uno dei punti forti: oltre alla doccia c’è una vasca enorme dove ti rilassi davvero. In più ho apprezzato il kit welcome in cucina (spugnetta, sapone e pezzetta): piccole cose, ma fanno la differenza.

L’unica cosa che migliorerei è che il riscaldamento si sente un po’: non è nulla di drammatico, però se riuscissero a renderlo più silenzioso sarebbe davvero perfetto. Per il resto, da tenere presente solo che in zona i parcheggi sono a pagamento.

Soggiorno perfetto: comodo, moderno e con assistenza impeccabile.

Ho trovato questo alloggio un po’ per caso per un viaggio last minute a Como e ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. L’appartamento è completamente nuovo, arredato con gusto, molto spazioso e super confortevole. Questa volta viaggiavo da solo, ma è assolutamente perfetto anche per una famiglia. Il check-in è stato facilissimo: ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni via WhatsApp in modo chiaro e veloce e sono stato seguito da Ravidu, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Anche durante il soggiorno, per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità, lo staff ha risposto subito, persino la sera tardi, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile (perfetto anche per lavorare), casa pulitissima, letti comodi e ambiente davvero silenzioso, quindi riposo garantito. La posizione è comoda per muoversi e raggiungere facilmente il centro e il lago. In generale è stato un soggiorno senza stress, mi sono sentito subito a mio agio come a casa. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte! 😊

Hervorragende Unterkunft für Familien

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet, weil es viele Betten und viel Platz gibt. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da. Alles ist noch ganz neu und sehr sauber. Auch in Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Host nutzt einen online Zahlungsanbieter für die Restzahlung und möchte scans der Ausweise per WhatsApp. Dafür bekommt man den Zugangscode per WhatsApp. Wir waren etwas vorsichtig, weil booking vor solchen Nachrichten warnt. Der Host war verständnisvoll und kam uns entgegen. Künftig hätte ich aber keine Bedenken mehr, das hat alles gut geklappt!
