Lovely stay

Well located for walking in to Como and comes with parking. Owners allowed us to check in early and park which was really helpful

nice apartment, relatively central, municipal bus stop right outside, bakery and pharmacy on the door step, free safe parking behind the gate in the yard is a good bonus

bedroom window overlooks a busy roundabout. not a major problem but you have to sleep in aircon since you can't realistically keep the window open because of the noise

Really loved this apartment. The apartment has many lovely and beautiful details. We slept very well there. Everything was clean, it was really worth to stay. Very good customer service, and good and comprehensive instructions.

Very good

It is a huge and beautiful apartment. With plenty of living space for 5, 2 bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, big living space, long balcony. Very secure apartment including parking space. Location is good other than when you need to open windows at night. See above.

We were there in height of summer. Only one fan for 3 bedrooms and when windows are open it is very noisy with traffic. This made night times uncomfortable as it was so hot. There was an inconsistency in maintaining the levels of crockery and cutlery e.g. Plenty of plates and pans but 2 teaspoons and 4 mugs for 5 people. Also the iron didn't work. Our gripes were minor but unnecessary as they were easily preventable. Perhaps this symptomatic of poor property management

Large and spacious. Stylishly decorated (vintage), with beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings. Clean and comfortable. Parking onsite is very helpful.

Pensavo meglio

La struttura ha una buona posizione e la comodità del posto auto. Pulita e accogliente.

Siamo arrivati ed il riscaldamento non funzionava, siamo riusciti a farlo partire solo grazie alla signora delle pulizie che ha scoperto che mancavano le pile. Assenza di prodotti per il bagno, asciugacapelli al limite della decenza e persiane della camera che non si chiudevano. Per il prezzo pagato queste mancanze non dovevano esserci.

Funktional aber sehr laut und hell im Schlafzimmer

Einrichtung hübsch mit Geschmack Funktionaler Kontakt ohne Persönliche Kommunikation eher automatisiert, unkompliziert und anonym

Zu wenig Besteck und Töpfe mit Deckel, eine Espressomachine Aluminium fehlte das Sieb. Schließe mich den Vorgängern an, wenn man Lärmempfindlich ist, absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wenn man persönliche Dinge besprechen will oder Infos möchte, eigentlich keine Chance, nur automatisierte Antworten auf Englisch.

Casa bellissima e ottima posizione

La posizione è ottima, a piedi si raggiunge molto velocemente il centro. Inoltre, il parcheggio della struttura è un grande vantaggio. La casa è molto accogliente, luminosa e spaziosa. La cucina è grande e dotata di molti optional. In generale, il soggiorno è andato molto bene.

Noi eravamo in 4 (due coppie) e abbiamo dormito nella camera da letto e in sala sul divano letto. Purtroppo le due stanze erano divise solo da una tenda e una porta che non si chiudeva, quindi la privacy non era molta. La casa era pulita ma non al top, abbiamo trovato la trapunta della camera da letto un po’ macchiata. Infine, mancavano alcune cose essenziali in cucina, come i tovaglioli, i sacchi dell’immondizia e un paio di altre cose.

Ora de check-in este la 16:00 ceea ce este destul de tarzii in plus trebuie sa va inarmati cu rabadare pentru ca eu personal am putut face check-in-ul cu 2 ore mai tarziu la 18:00 din pricina personalului, sunt foarte dezorganizati, foarte neseriosi, foarte obraznici, nu tin cont de cerintele cilentilor, daca aveti masina mai bine nu mergeti aici ca aveti numai batai de cap, televizorul nu merge am adus la cunostinta acest lucru nici macar nu au avut respectul cuvenit de a-mi raspunde , traficul iti va ruina vacanta pentru ca este foarte mult zgomot, personalul te va face sa incepi vacanta prost/ cu piciorul stang, NU recomand aceasta cazare, sunt foarte multe lucruri de mentionat de ce NU dar va trebui sa scriu o carte daca incep sa enumar tot, din punctul meu de vedere daca asa ar fii peste tot desi nu am intalnit asa personal nicaieri in lume, prefer sa stau acasa! Pentru un sejur fara batai de cap si plin de bucurie, evitati cu acesta proprietate, gazda acestei proprietati este o fata cu varsta pana in 25-26 de ani de aici toate minusurile si obrazniciile posibilie.
