Great stay, great location and beautiful city. Just maybe a 2nd key 😁

Great location, nice setup with plenty of room.

We locked the key in the room and spent quite a bit of time figuring out a fix, our only real was ringing neighbors to see if they’d let us in and we were met with some pretty hostile and angry people. We had one nice man let us in finally after about 30 minutes.

We booked this appartment very last minute after having an issue with the previous one and leaving earlier than planned. The host made is extremely easy for us to access and be able to leave the suitcases since we were already in Como. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and centrally located, within 5-10 minutes walk to Como city center.

Location perfectly accessible to Como town Center at a short walk. Waterfront and excellent views. It was clean and very spacious unit! Beautiful place!

Beds could be a little hard. That would be personal preference though! No negatives here. Nearest paid secure parking would still be 5 mins walk

Our room is very nice & clean. The common space is spacious & the kitchen is well equipped. We have toilet for each room (1 toilet is outside the room but we’re fine with it).

We travel by public transportation so from Como station to apartment is fine since there is a nearby bus station but no bus from apartment to Como station. When we google map, no bus will take us from apartment to Como station so we have to walk :( It is very far & uphill near the station. We have many big luggages to bring so not convenient for us.

The apartment is in a great location with fabulous views. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped too. Good air conditioning. 👍

Broken lamps (careful with glass shards!), missing lightbulbs, ripped sheets, stained towels, warm water only last for one 10 minute shower and when we reported all this to the landlord, she did not offer help or even care. absolutely disappointing, booked 3 nights and only stayed 1. Completely overpriced, seems most good reviews are fake!

Overall the property is nice and the location is good.

The host unfortunately did not react welcoming at all to any complaints about the lack of hot water. We travelled with 4 people and already after the first person, the water in the shower went cold. This was in the evening. On a very hot sommer day, so it was not that bad. It however happened again in the morning already after the third person took a shower , the water went cold. In addition in the master bedroom the aircon inside unit (nice split aircon unit) made a strong and loud vibration sound about almost every 2 minutes for about 2 seconds. It was very annoying and kept us from having a pleasant sleep. i can hardly imagine that we were the first to ever experience this. A true pity for the otherwise nice flat.

Beautiful apartment, very well appointed with great pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses....only thing missing was a coffee pot (Italian mocha style) but we had our own setup, fortunately. Fabulous market across the street is open 24/24, 7 days a week! Great views from the balcony, also an inside balcony from the quiet back room. Wifi good. Plenty of towels (need dish towel, though) Good heat and hot water, until morning of departure....

Two hours after husband and daughter took (short) showers, there was no hot water left for me and had to heat water on stove for sponge bath. But this is no fault of owners. They were concerned and attentive.

Nice apartment, lovely made. In super walking distance to the city center and the lake.

Very noisy street due to heavy traffic all night long. Even with the windows closed. The elevator was to small for a baby trolly.
