Placing was good, big balcony was good. Store 24/7 nextdoor was good. Staff was helpful to a degree.
Facilities are worn. Some broken/non working stuff. Nothing in the kitchen besides coffee and salt. No oil or pepper, nor laundry washing liquid. I would think stating kitchen and washing machine in an advert should at least be covered with the basics.
Second biggest issue was amount of noise coming through the closed windows. Windows are good and modern so I blame the installation, which was visibly poor. If you struggle with sleeping with the noise, please be warned.

Great location, nice setup with plenty of room.
We locked the key in the room and spent quite a bit of time figuring out a fix, our only real was ringing neighbors to see if they’d let us in and we were met with some pretty hostile and angry people. We had one nice man let us in finally after about 30 minutes.

We booked this appartment very last minute after having an issue with the previous one and leaving earlier than planned. The host made is extremely easy for us to access and be able to leave the suitcases since we were already in Como. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and centrally located, within 5-10 minutes walk to Como city center.
