Great apartment from where to explore Lake Como. We were staying two nights and eat out each night so didn’t really test the kitchen facilities, but a good sized fridge / freezer was great given the very hot weather. Nearby supermarket to buy breakfast fodder.
Only niggle was the tight parking space, but we coped.

La casa è grande, confortevole e ha sicuramente nella jacuzzi quel plus in più che la distingue dalle altre sistemazioni.
Si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro e dal lungolago di Como, ed è fornita di parcheggio, un aspetto sicuramente utile e positivo.
Comunicazione con i gestori rapida ed efficiente.
La casa si trova all'interno della corte condominiale, cosa che personalmente non mi ha entusiasmato, e non l'abbiamo trovata perfettamente pulita, come invece ci saremmo aspettati.
La cucina non è fornita di nulla a livello di sale, zucchero o altro, cosa non proprio comoda per chi si trattiene magari una sola notte e ha bisogno di cucinare o di aggiungere dello zucchero al caffè.

Die Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz ist Gold wert ! Solide Küche mit Spülmaschine! Waschmaschine vorhanden. Super angenehmes Personal, das sofort erreichbar ist. Nach Absprache durften wir früher in die Unterkunft! Sehr gemütlich und super zum Erkunden der Gegend. Sehr ruhig. Nette Nachbarschaft.
Prinzipiell wäre eine Terrasse oder ähnliches zur Perfektion gut, ist aber aufgrund der Lage nicht möglich. Sonst war alles perfekt.

Location was perfect. Everything is so close. Parking is literally near the entrance of the apartment which was a big plus
Before the visit, we got 10+ emails, messages, reminders with different requests and questions when we will arrive and leave, which was too overwhelming.
Also, 20 min before check out time, lady who was supposed to do cleaning was already waiting for us to leave at the apartment entrance, which was very confusing.
The jacuzzi needed lot of time to get full because of low pressure of water…
