Wir haben angetroffen, was wir erwartet hatten.

Wir waren uns nicht bewusst, dass man nicht mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft fahren konnt.

Very centrally located. Close to everything. Dishwasher and washing machine makes the stay easier. There is no longer a Cafe right below, but one on the corner. The lady working there says good morning every day, which is a nice touch. Stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafes everything within a couple of blocks. Very nice host.

As some mentioned in the comments there is some noise when the cafés and restaurants empty their glass into the glass container, but this is only once per day and usually in early evening or late morning. Noise from talking on the street can be heard, but did not bother us.

We booked Lellas home the day before arriving in Como as due to illness we had to change our plans. We met a very patient Valeria who waited for us after our train had problems and was delayed. It was a very hot day and we were exhausted. Valeria was very kind, pointed out where things were in the apartment. There are detailed instructions and suggestions in a folder in the apartment which is very comfortable. The air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, there are two bedrooms but we only used one. No coffee machine (capsule) but downstairs and in the same building is the most delightful coffee shop with excellent coffee and pastries and many more things with amazing friendly staff

Cleaning round bathroom could be done better, dish cloth was not new, but luckily I had bought one. Odd sized wine glasses. While I realise these are minor I feel with a few more touches this property would be a 10.

Amazing location in the centre of Como, great for both train stations, the lake and all shops and restaurants.

Everything was brilliant but can be noisy at night and early morning being on the first floor in the centre.
