Amazing place to stay in Como

The apartment is amazing: spacious, clean, comfortable with a stunning terrace with a view on the dome. There is an elevator and a few stairs to get to the apartment. The location couldn’t be any better, in the heart of Como. We took a taxi from the train station to a street which is a 1 minute walk away from the apartment as the zone is car free. The host was super nice and responsive. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Great location, modern clean flat, vety well sound insulated towards both neighbours and the square outside

We had the penthouse which had no view to the outside, aside from roof windows, not like the apartments on the lower floors as in the pictures. Also, detail; the kitchen were lacking kitchen knives and some of the basic utensils even though the kitchen itself was great

There was no light in the kitchen, and it would have been nice for there to be a few basics - such as coffee pods and milk. We arrived late at night and having no basic stuff was disappointing.

Stunning apartment with breathtaking views of the Cathedral

Gorgeous and spacious apartment will all amenities needed for a self catering unit. It’s right above the restaurants opposite the cathedral so very vibey all day.

The convenience to walk anywhere and still be in the center. Everything was just a few minutes away.

There was no mirror. Only the one in the bathroom and was too high for us to see ourselves dressed. Please add a floor mirror for the ladies. Also, someone broke the iron table and we couldn’t use it.

The location of the apartment is fabulous - central to the old town but just a short walk away from the lake. The terrace and outside seating area is a great space to relax in.

Truly recommend!!!

I travelled around the world and rarely I found a place like this! The position was… WOW! Just in front the gate of the Dome, in the center of the city and 5 mins from the ferry terminal to sail through the lake’s cities. The location was wonderful with the biggest bathroom I ever seen! Everything made you feel like home. And it was sooo clean! Checking in was Iike to eat a piece of cake. I would recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was very clean, roomy, and conveniently located to everything. The patio was perfect and the noise level was nearly non-existent. It was very quiet.

Not a game changer, but a bit of inconvenience - There was only 1 mirror (not full length) in the bathroom. It was challenging with 4 adults staying there and only 1 mirror.

Central location in the Piazza del Duomo, bright and modern apartment with 4 French doors opening into a balcony, spacious , comfortable bed and pillows ,high quality bed covers. Communication with the host was excellent.

Couldn't pick a better place to stay in Como!

This apartment, although basic, is in a prime location with stunning views of the Como Duomo. Despite the lively atmosphere below, the back bedroom is very quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping. Short walk to ferry, bus, and train. Management is also on top of things. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered immediately. There is also an elevator unlike a lot of AirBNBs in Italy, which only have stairs.

There were no paper towels, and I had to buy hand soap as there was only a small amount left in the dispenser.

Location!! Incredible opposite Duomo. Couldn’t ask for better. Very well soundproofed too.

Not a lot, only comment would be that kitchen equipment is on the sparse side. Not many cooking utensils. Not that we needed them on this stay. In this location you’ll probably be out a lot!! No time for cooking 😀

very NOISY!! all windows are on the square where until midnight everyday are huge gatherings, music and party. hard to sleep. at 8am everyday you ll be woken up by massive church bells. so dont expect quality sleep in this location

Posizione incredibilmente bella. Appartamento spazioso e ben curato.

Molto difficile trovare parcheggio se si arriva durante il weekend. Non facilissimo e intuitivo trovare le istruzioni per l’accesso all’appartamento, non c’è personale sul posto.

המיקום של הדירה פשוט היסטרי. כשפותחים את החלונות רואים את הדומו במלואו ואת הכיכר עם המסעדות מתחת לדירה, זה מיד מכניס לאווירה כיפית. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת מאוד. לא יצא לנו לבשל אבל יש מטבח דיי גדול ומאובזר. טלוויזיות חכמות בסלון ובחדר השינה.

איסוף המפתחות התבצע במשרדי החברה שממוקמים במרכז קומו במקום שלא ניתן להגיע אליו עם רכב, זה היה קצת מאתגר. צריך לקחת בחשבון שאי אפשר להגיע למקום האירוח עם רכב ואם יש מזוודות צריך ללכת איתן לא מעט כדי להגיע לדירה וכמו כן יש גרם מדרגות אחד שצריך לעלות בו (ואז עוד קומה במעלית) - מבחינתנו המיקום היה שווה את המאמץ אבל אם יש בעיית נגישות צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון.

Die Lage war top, jedoch etwas laut wegen der Restaurants darunter. Im Hauptschlafzimmer zum Innenhof war es bei geschlossenem Fenster aber ruhig genug zum Schlafen.

Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Super für einen City-Trip.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage!!

Grösse und Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Riesiges Bad, perfekt wenn sich drei gleichzeitig ready machen wollen. Der Blick vom Balkon aus zum Dom war wunderschön und auch auf der belebten Piazza gab es immer etwas zu sehen. Die Restuarants gleich unter der Wohnung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Perfektes Apartment für einen Städtetrip.

Wir waren nicht heikel, aber an einigen Stellen doch sehr staubig, aber ansonsten sauber. Es wurde vermutlich kurz vorher im Gang frisch gestrichen, zum Teil war das Malerklebeband noch nicht entfernt worden. Wir hätten uns sehr einen Spiegel gewünscht, in dem man sich ganz sieht. Als kleiner Tipp von uns.

Alles!!! Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Dom von Wohnung Nr. 1 aus, die Einrichtung die Lage, die Ausstattung, alles ganz neu Edel geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Hohe Wände, tolles Design, super tolle Küche in der es an nichts fehlt, neben an Supermärkte Marktstände Geschäfte, Bäcker Restaurants sehr nah am See alles was das Herz begehrt könnte nicht schöner sein auch das Treppenhaus und die Abwicklung super nett und hilfsbereit

Appartement war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Viel Staub, schmutzige Zahnbecher, Kochfeld schlecht gereinigt.

Мы жили в ноябре. И было очень холодно. Оооочень. Отключены батареи и даже полотенцесушитель. Расположение отличное. Чисто было. Стильно. Все новое. Разрешили выехать на час позже. Внизу прекрасные рестораны и магазин продуктовый.

Не было зеркало в полный рост. Нет полки при входе для ключей например. Нет крючка для верхней одежды при входе.
