Perfect stay
The apartment was beautifully designed with natural light throughout. The location was perfect for seeing all of Como. Massimo was a kind host. We will definitely stay again if back in Como ir Milan, and we highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!
The apartment was very spacious, modern, well appointed and absolutely spotless. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants, bars and shops on our doorstep but still very quiet inside the apartment. Our host was super helpful and available for any queries.
The only negative was the bed was a little too firm for our liking but our friend staying with us likes a firm mattress and was happy. So it is just a personal preference with the kind of mattress you prefer

The penthouse was everything we hoped for and more.
The host Massimo was great! Good communication and great tips for the local area when we asked. The penthouse was stunning! Very clean and new. Great design and good space even for a bigger group. Perfect location in the city center. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was central and superb. Property facilities were excellent and advertised very modern but comfortable at same time - excellent
Final stair case up to apartment was fine for us but could cause difficulties for elderly. No parking with apartment but local parking was close not expensive and easy to find

للأمانة شقة ممتازه جداً و أنصح فيها من باب حب لأخيك ما تحب لنفسك .. و بإذن الله إذا الله قدّر و رجعت لـ كومو ما راح أتعدّى الشقة هذي .. بس تكفون طالبكم لا تخربونها 😂 و أخص Evita تعاملها سريع و بالواتس اب و طلبت منها شغله للمطبخ جابتها بسرعه ثاني يوم الصبح

الشقة واسعة وجميلة وآمنة وتتسع لعائلة كبيرة المبنى قديم لكن الشقة مجددة بطابع البناء الجبلي ومؤثثة بشكل حديث ومميز تتوفر فيها جميع الاحتياجات للطبخ والغسيل والتجفيف الشقة نظيفة ونشكر المضيف ماسيمو على لطفه وتعامله الراقي تواصل سريع بالواتساب و استجابة مشكورة لجميع المتطلبات الشقة في موقع متميز بالقرب من شاطئ بحيرة كومو 5 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام لم نحتج للسيارة أبدا قربها من المطاعم المتنوعة البيتزا ومطعم كباب ولبناني (حمص والشرق الأوسط ) والمقاهي وسوبر ماركت كارفور أكثر من فرع قربه من ساحة جميلة للعب الأطفال وبعض الفعاليات اللطيفة
انقطاع الكهرباء أكثر من مرره لكن سرعة استجابة المضيف ولطف اعتذاره عالجت المشكلة غرفة النوم الرئيسية ليس لها باب فقط سيتارة مكيف غرفة النوم الرئيسية لم يكن باردا مثل بقية الغرف المفتاح الخارجي لم يكن يفتح إلا بعد عدة محاولات وجهد لابد من التأكد من جاهزيته حال استلامه وتجربته كذلك
