Amazing location, beautiful apartment, great host who was helpful and generous.

Slight issue with the water heater, which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed on the weekend but otherwise the place was perfect!

This is a very comfortable stay for a group! Some inconveniences that were not addressed.

The location was pretty good - a short walk down to the main lake area. The house was very comfortable and large for our group of 8, with air conditioning.

There are several locks to open to get into and out of the property, which got a little annoying. There are no views from the property. We had an issue with the hot water, and I contacted the host multiple times, but it was never resolved. We took MANY cold showers.

We loved the property. It was a perfect spot for our family’s short stay (3 days) in Como.

Lots of room, clean, comfy beds, skylights, washer and dryer in unit, toddler toys, elevator was key, staff was great, location was convenient to train.

Perfect place to stay in Como

I have to admit, when we enter we the apartment we were surprised - we of course knew it is going to be nice but it was WAY better than expected. Everyone from the group was super happy! It was big, comfortable, clean and tidy, well equipped. The building was stylish, all kept in very nice aesthetics. Two bathrooms, living-room area with big table, nice kitchen. Perfect location, calm and quiet area but close to main squares and the lake. Super nice and helpful managers, possibility to leave your luggage in the office after check out. Very good WiFi connection.

1. Location was very close to the main Como historical centre 2. The apartment was big, airy and with a lot of light 3. The entry and facade was grand with a lot of beauty and safety 4. Good value for money, especially if you are a big group (we were a group of 8) 5. The kitchen was well equipped and functional

1. The bathrooms were less, 2 for the entire property 2. The bathroom tiling was slippery, with no outlet for water to flow out of, making it even more problematic 3. In our stay, one of the rooftops was leaking and one AC was not working okay

Como é linda, Vale muito a pena, apesar de ter ido no inverno. Voltaria com certeza. Itália é 1000.

O imóvel é muito moderno, tecnológico e muito confortável. Fica a uma distância de 5 minutos de táxi (que me parece que quando chegamos foi cobrado valor acima do que seria devido, mas isso não tem relação com a estadia e sim com o taxista) e fica a uma distância à pé da estação de trem de uns 15 minutos e um pouco mais distante da enseada de Como. Mercado próximo. Imóvel central. Detalhe importante pedi chekout mais tarde e prontamente foi fornecido um tempo a mais de 1h30. Muito gentil o hóspede.

Atendeu as expectativas. Gostei de tudo. Voltaria a esse lugar com certeza.

Tipptopp mit kleinen Abstrichen - jedoch sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist in einem altehrwürdigen Haus im dritten Stock, welche über Treppe oder mit einem Lift erreichbar war. Sie ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir warten 4 Personen und es gab 4 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Badewanne. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Die Räume verfügen über grosse Doppelbetten (mindestens Queensize und ohne Ritzen) und über hochwertige Velux Dachfenster mit diversen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Kinderbett ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, es hat einen Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Maschine. Gottseidank hat eine Kollegin Kapseln von zu Hause mitgenommen. Der gemeinsame Wohnbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sofa hat uns gut gefallen und wurde viel genutzt. Dies auch aufgrund des schlechten Wetters, welches wir erleben mussten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sicher, denn es gibt diverse Türen bis man in der Wohnung ist und diese sind mehrheitlich auch geschlossen.

Als Besitzer würde ich mehr auf die schöne und qualitativ hochwertige Wohnung achten um den Wert zu erhalten. Hier ist mal etwas locker (Steckdose zweites Bad) und da müsste eine Schraube (Schranktüre unter dem Küchenbecken) angezogen werden. Es sind mehrheitlich Kleinigkeiten. Das Thema Steckdosen und Fönen ist eine Geschichte für sich. In jedem Badezimmer gibt es einen Fön, doch es ist uns nicht gelungen die Stecker in die Steckdose zu stecken… Jeder Raum hat hochwertige Velux Dachfenster, doch irgendwelche Vormieter haben es geschafft, dass diese nicht mehr pro Raum im Raum selber steuerbar waren und dies nur noch über die Hauptsteuerung im Wohnbereich möglich war. Oder wir haben nicht realisiert, wie dies funktioniert.

Wir würden wieder nach Como reisen, jedoch in eine andere Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig. Die Lage ist super.

Es war sehe unhygienisch (Badezimmer nicht geputzt), auf der Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren teilweise fremde Haare zu sehen. Aus der Spülmaschine krochen Maden heraus. In der einen Nacht hatten wir kein warmes Wasser (Boiler ausgefallen). Das ganze Appartment war sehr verstaubt und nicht gründlich gereinigt - das schlimmste waren die Badezimmer.

Schöne Wohnung, leider hat nicht alles funktioniert.

Leider hat nicht alles geklappt. Wir hatten Check-in für 15.00 geplant, leider kam unsere Kontakt Person erst eine halbe Stunde später. Es gab als Einführung eine Erklärung der elektrischen Fenster und Storen, sowie der Klimaanlage. Nichts über das Verschliessen der Eingangstüre Wohnung oder der elektrischen Türöffner im Gebäude, welche auch nicht gekennzeichnet sind. Wir hatten kein Warmwasser. Wir haben uns natürlich bei der Notfallnummer am Morgen sehr früh gemeldet. Man hat uns informiert dass jemand im Laufe des Tages kommt. Also keine Dusche m Morgen. Keine Entschuldigung ... nichts. Ein No-Go. Bestätigung dass das Problem gelöst wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen (wir waren unterwegs). Wir verstehen unter Service etwas anderes. Und wir hätten dass die zuständige Person das Problem am Morgen früh gelöst hätte. Nicht alle Nachttischlampen funktionierten. Als wir die Wohnung das erste Mal verliessen hatten wir did Türklinke in der Hand....
