Perfect luxury accomodation in Lake Como

Overall the property was wonderful. The hosts were very helpful, kind, attentive and very communicative about everything. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were exceptional (my husband still talks about them being the best of any place we have been)! The property was spacious and clean and the location was very nice, made easier by the nearby Hilton, so all cab drivers could easily get you back to the property as they all knew the Hilton. There was also the option to have breakfast at the Hilton for a discounted fee (though still rather expensive), still an option that we did use 1 time. Every recommendation that was made for food was spot on, so definitely take their suggestions to heart. We loved all the food suggestions!!

I would say the one difficulty was maybe if you wanted to cook at the property, there wasn't a market within walking distance, so you'd need a taxi to and fro. There is grocery delivery service, they need 24 hrs advance notice for this service. For this reason we didn't grocery shop (which we typically like to do at least for breakfast). But we just weren't there long enough to go through this bit of hassle. In hindsight we should have either placed a small order on day 1, or had taken a quick trip to the market to make mornings easier and more economical, but we didn't. We just really didn't eat breakfast accept for the 1 day at the next door Hilton. The kids were starving by lunch!! Obviously this is not anything wrong with the property at all, just a note for future renters. We would definitely book again without any hesitation!

This beautiful apartment is a must to rent when visiting Como,!!

The property was beautiful and was even better than the pictures. The location was great, and not too far (we walked every day) to the city center. it was wonderful to go right next door to the Hilton roof top bar for an incredible view and great cocktails. we also used their facilities for a wonderful massage The location is very, quiet, peaceful and safe! our host, Yuliya, was so helpful, kind and responsive, she made the stay extra special! I would stay here every time and recommend this to all my friends and family!!

Excellent clean well appointed 3bed 2bath condo with kitchen & fridge. The contact was very helpful and provided extra toiletries upon request

Recommend upgrading second bathroom to install upright shower and curtain to the tub as all guests had to wait to share the one currently available shower

Perfect stay, great host, highly recommended

Wonderful apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. The location is excellent: just steps from the lake and about a 15-minute walk to the city center. We came by car and really appreciated having a parking spot in the building. Yuliya is an outstanding host, conscientious, efficient, and absolutely lovely. We had an excellent stay, thank you!

Amazing stay, great location, and the kindest hosts!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located close to many of the main attractions in Como. Luca and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips, and any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Como. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip!

Best apartment I ever booked.

I travelled with my wife and 3 kids. The apartment quality is exceptional, extremely elegant furniture, design, and decoration. All needed equipment available. With a gate accessed through a 5 start hotel, it is extremely safe and accessible. Yuliya was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She stocked the apartment with snacks, fruits, and coffee for a our arrival and provided us with detailed recommendation on places to visit, how to go around, and wide range of restaurants to try out. She also arranged for us transportation to the airport. A lady with great taste. Thanks a lot Yuliya.

For starters, the beautiful and gracious hosts, Yuliya and her husband, Luca, were so very kind and friendly and made us feel like this was my daughter’s and my home away from home on our Mother/Daughter’s trip!😊❤️🥰 This Villa was sophisticated and stunning and impeccably clean! It was very close to everything, which made it so convenient to travel any distance for the day. We just LOVED this GEM of a property and the price is SO right!!! Fabulous stay overlooking the lake como

The location is nice not too crowded but not far from the centre, just beside hilton hotel. The host is amazing, Yuliya is very helpful with booking and everything, toughtful and very friendly. She recommend nice places and help us with the booking. We leave our worries and enjoy our holiday, the place have everything we need , full amenities just bring our luggage. The lake view from apartment is breathtaking, with big terrace to hangout outside while siping our champange she provided. Thank you Yuliya

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exceptional — the apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-end, perfectly maintained amenities. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Yuliya, our host, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. The suite itself is stunning – beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The private terrace with mountain and lake views was a true highlight – we enjoyed a glass of wine there while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The location is excellent: quiet, yet very central, making it easy to explore the area. Having free private parking on-site was a big plus, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Yuliya has clearly put a lot of love and thought into this place – every detail is perfect, and she truly cares about the comfort and experience of her guests. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
