LP Luxury Apartment - Downtown Como

Location is wonderful! Close to everything, the plaza with great restaurants and shops, the lake and ferry stations, cute cafes and coffee shops, the Dumo is around the corner. Everything is right there yet the apartment is quiet and relaxing with a wonderful deck and plenty of space. We loved it here and would stay again and wish we had booked for more than three nights here. The AC works great, and it's so nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings or at night after dinner and a stroll. The host is fabulous and will meet you and help answer any questions, the apartment is great and there is an elevator too! There is a booklet with lots of recommendations, but the host will help you with everything too, she is very nice. There were four of us who stayed here but we could have fit many more and all four of us loved the location and space.

The twin beds could have been a little better mattress, but the room is huge and very comfortable. The whole place is very nice! The kitchen is immaculate with everything you need. I would say kids would not notice anything with the twin mattress and would enjoy the room. All of the bedrooms are very big and comfortable with seating as well.

Amazing decor and very luxurious

Difficult to get to as it is in pedestrian area. There is parking around 100 to 200 meters away so take care of you have a lot of luggage plan for a bit of a walk from the parking lot. But it’s worth it.

From the moment we arrived by ferry, we knew struck gold! The apartment is 3 min walk to the water, 2 min to the cathedral and 5 min to the station. The apartment made us feel like locals and it was beautiful. Stylish & practical thinking of every need we could want. It's has been renovated but still has traditional charm. It was spacious and so comfortable with great air conditioning. Federica is gorgeous host, offering suggestions of where to eat and a private boat ride. She could not do enough for us. Love Como & this property made the stay 🌟

The apartment was located in an ideal spot to explore Como and the other towns on Lake Como. Spacious, well appointed and clean. Our family of 6 had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it for families spending 3 or 4 days at Lake Como.
