Perfect location

Great location, right next to the Duomo and 10 min walk from the station. Lockers available a few hundred metres from the apartment. Host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a voucher for Café Maya (which is our favourite in Como. Shower was amazing. Laundry facilities were there not that we used them. Very comfortable and cozy. Thank you

Brilliantly located; luxury feel/excellent amenities; great communication

Location was fabulous; in the heart of everything. Literally step out the door to restaurants shops and less than 5min stroll to lake. Rooms were quiet and have good facilities including coffee machine, dishwasher, oven; good air conditioning and extra pillows/blankets

The accommodation is good, with a convenient location, nice design, and a comfortable temperature in the room. They also helped us arrange secure parking, and the parking owner, Marco, was extremely kind and helpful.

okay place to stay in the city center

Great location in the city center, the apartment is cozy and neat, keyless entry

The apartment was not set up for 3 people as we booked, but only a double bed for 2. The extra bed that we set up ourselves is not very comfortable. The apartment does not have a view of the church as in the picture, the real view is not attractive. It says that there is a garage available, but it is not part of the building and it is too expensive, so we preferred to use public parking.

It was at the town center, beautiful view of the cathedral, short walk from station and Lake Como. The amenities were top notch, clean, and beautifully modern. It was cold in Como but the house was so warm.

Central location, right next to church and only 2 minutes from Port. Como Nord station is less than 5 mins walk so great connection from MXP. The accommodation was secure with all access to property by keypad code

Good, but overpriced.

Good size, nice decor, great location.

Overpriced. Also a half of price is a hidden part surprising you at the pay stage, when booking through booking.com . Also no sliding door or separation between kitchen and bedroom. If one stands earlier, second will be effected by light and noise.

Parking, even requested, was not available and we were not informed. Towels and bed for the 3rd traveller were not ready. Communication with provider awful. Shower with mold between tiles (picture available). Reminder for check out received shortly after arrival. Email for rating saying: "If you rate me 10 I will rate you as guest 10..." What the hell is with people? Do they really accept such kind of poor service and communication????

Absolutely happy with this apartment.

Wonderful view and the best location ever for spending several days discovering the city Come and surroundings. The house is on the main square of the city in a heart of Como around of restaurants, shops and bars, and a couple of minutes from the lake, 10 minutes walking from the train station. Apartments are equipped with everything you need to stay from one night till months. Comfortable bed, nice new furniture and complements from the host.

Could be noise at night just if you need absolut calm.

Very central location with beautiful outlook to the square / Cathedral. Short walk to shops , restaurants and the lake. There is a washing machine , coffee maker etc which was useful and apartment was clean & modern.

The 2nd day there was an event on, a road race and the noise was overbearing. We had to close the window ( which was a shame as wanted to make most of the views) which sadly didn’t make much difference as the music was blaring! We ended up going out early to get away from the noise. There were also roadworks to the side of the property so we were wakened at 8am with drilling and banging. We hadn’t been informed of either of these which would have made us potentially reconsider booking. Another small point is no water was provided which is something the owners should consider as it’s a nice & welcomed touch especially when it’s so hot!

The property is in a perfect location and it is modern and new, Cristina was very helpful.

The only thing was the smell of seafood as a precious guest had left their food in the oven and it wasn’t cleaned, I appreciate that Cristina was quick to action this for us.

Wonderful stay in Como

We had a wonderful stay. Self Check-in was really easy as the accommodation provided detailed info and access codes into the apartment. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine. Everything is within walking distance as the apartment is just next to the Como Cathedral.
