Massimo was an excellent host - super friendly and welcoming. Also incredibly helpful with checking in and getting set up in the apartment which was incredibly stylish after being newly renovated. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay which included getting ready for a wedding over the weekend. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo right in the heart of Como’s city center. The location couldn’t be more perfect just steps away from the lake, charming cafés, and boutique shops, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind after exploring.The condo itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and felt both modern and cozy. The attention to detail really stood out from the comfortable furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the atmosphere of the city.Check-in was seamless, and the host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.Overall, this condo exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Como whether for a short trip or a longer visit i couldn’t recommend it more.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in Como! We had an amazing family vacation in this unusually large and luxurious apartment. It’s filled with natural light and beautifully designed—every corner reflects the elegance and quality of true Italian architecture. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The split air conditioning system with individual control in each room was a huge plus, especially during the summer. The bathrooms were stunning, modern, and felt like a high-end hotel. The location is perfect—within walking distance to all major attractions in Como, yet peaceful and quiet. There’s also a safe and accessible parking lot just a 5-minute walk away, available 24/7. A special thank you to Massimo, the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!
