Lovely villa with incredible views

Had a lovely stay at the villa. The hosts Carlo and Aidi were incredibly helpful and responsive. Really felt like a home away from home.

Just to be mindful of the stairs, the luggage service was helpful but with the group of varying ages, it was a struggle for some at times

We adored Villa Bertacchi! Will be returning!

We had the most amazing stay here. The views at Carlo and Heidi’s Villa are spectacular. They were the most amazing hosts and were kind enough to give us recommendations of what to visit in both Como and Milan and ensured we had everything that we needed. The terrace area with the pool was the perfect place for the 4 of us girls from Ireland to relax and have some prosecco with a view. Will most definitely be returning with our families in the future.

Wonderful!

Wonderful terrace overlooking the lake and the cathedral. The villa is bright, comfortable and fully equipped. It's perfect for big groups and family reunions. The villa is immersed in the green of the woods and in less than 10 minutes walking you are in city center. Super kind and collaborative host.

Highly recommend this place in Como. The Villa is wonderful. Beautiful views onto the lake and the city, big and comfortable rooms, all amenities to cook, bed sheets and towels provided, table tennis and soccer to play and a very big above ground pool. Challenging climb up but it's easy when you get used to and in less 10 minutes walking distance you're on the waterfront and city center. Carlo was very collaborative and nice.

Wonderful house with an astonishing view on the city and the lake. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. We had dinner on the terrace and woke up with the chirping of birds! Great!

Brilliant view overlooking the lake and lovely outdoor area to relax in. Apartment had everything we needed and was very clean.

Steps up to property would not be suitable for anyone not fit or active as are very steep! We got badly bitten at night time so would definitely recommend insect repellent.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The view was amazing, great to sit on balcony. The bed was comfortable and lots of fans to keep cool. Great little kitchen with microwave and oven. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

low ceilings and access on to balcony was difficult. not very child friendly. shower curtain discoloured and hanging off the wall. the television is out of date and had no international channels.

Unfortunately, No. If I were a backpacker, this guesthouse could be an option.

1) Completely bad access from the road. (I was informed at this point from the owner in advance, but the bad accessibility was far beyond my expectation. The owner should put pictures of the path to the house. 2) The room completely looked different from pictures on the booking.com. It was not the room where stay with 4-adults and 2-kids. Shower room is only one and very small. 3) The bed matless was too soft. 4) Party-people were making huge noise till 1:00 am. 5) This is a kind of force majeure, but we had to wait 1-hour to get the key near the house under heavy rain. Due to the heavy rain, the owner was not able to invite us to the house because the path got wet and dangerous to walk.

Stunning view of the city of Como with a very pleasant terrace. The appartment is spacious and welll equipped. Pet friendly.

The access to the appartment is difficult. You need to go up a very long staircase to get to it, which is quite difficult if you are travelling with elderly people or carrying luggage. The owner was very open about this fact and let us know beforehand.

Great location with breathtaking views from the terrace. Lots of space in the apartment to move around and to place your belongings. The owners are super nice and helpful with whatever you might need.

The stairs are quite challenging to get up to the house. It was ok for me, but for others in the group was hard to go up each time.
