Poor host, wifi not working as well as heating.

Besides the location, nothing!

The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our three-day stay. As a result, my friend and I had to activate roaming on our phones and each of us spent over $70. In addition, the heating in the apartment was not functioning. Despite informing the host, they were unable or unwilling to assist and did not come to the apartment to fix the issue. Because of the cold, we both became ill. The host was largely unresponsive throughout our stay. We filed a complaint with Booking.com, who attempted multiple times to contact the host, but received no response. Overall, this was a very poor stay and a disappointing experience.

It was enjoyable, comfortable and great location

The host was very good. When we messaged he was friendly and responsive. Fantastic location, could not get a better position. It was a comfortable and very spacious apartment, we are a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and we would totally recommend.

The hot water and the shower. The shower would go from ice cold to scalding hot. The bathroom could do with a make over. We could hear the people upstairs walking around. They stopped about 11pm. With everything that the apartment offered we thought that these were minor issues.

Convenient, comfortable snd beautiful.

We just stayed for 3 nights at this great apartment in beautiful Como. The location was so convenient. It is close to the train and ferries and town. The apartment was big and clean and comfortable and it had the most beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning as well as wine and cheese on the balcony in the evening while we watched the sun set. It was the perfect location and set up for our visit to Lake Como. But best of all was the superior hospitality extended by Anna. She is so caring and responsive and hospitable. I researched long and hard while planning our Italian adventure. I was pleased to find this gem. This was the best decision I made.

Lovely stay some maintenance issues.

The view and location were amazing . The beds were comfortable. Anna was lovely and met us early and allowed us to access before the designated time.

There was no light in the kitchen and the hot water didn’t stay on. We offered this feedback to the agent and were told they were already aware of the issue. Disappointing they had not told us to be aware of these problems.

Perfect Spot!

The position couldn't have been better! We were warmly welcomed and shown around the apartment, including the parking area. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. If we're ever back in Como, this is where we'll stay!

Needs Maintenance and Not Family-Friendly

The location

- The furniture felt outdated and not very comfortable. - There weren’t enough comforters for the whole family—only two were provided. - On the first night, the boiler wasn’t working, so we didn’t have hot water for showers. We had to call and ask them to reset it. - There was a strange smell throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom. - The building entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the nearby restaurant kitchen. - The living room window shutters couldn’t be closed properly, so the kids woke up at sunrise due to the light. - The kitchen is open to the living area, and since the kids were sleeping in the living room, it felt like they were sleeping in the kitchen. - The parking was so tight for a large SUV. It took some time to get the car in it. Overall, the apartment needs some improvements to be more comfortable for families.

From the location to the friendly staff, this is a family vacation we will cherish forever.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location was less than 1 min walk to food, attractions and most importantly the lake. One of the best experiences we have had. The staff was extremely friendly and made the check-in process simple.

Amazing view and location

Big and bright apartment with a wonderful view. The parking garage near by is a big plus. Air conditioners in every room. Lift to the apartment . Very friendly and responsive host. Coffee pods for the whole stay and cold water in the fridge.

We wanted to check in two hours earlier and the cleaning lady wasn’t finished so the floors were dirty. No detergent for the washing machine and just a tiny bottle of dish washing liquid. The bed frame in one of the bedrooms wasn’t strong so the mattress would tilt when you lay down.

We really loved this apartment and the location

Loved the views and location. The apartment is meticulously clean. The coffee machine works well.

Bedroom (near bathroom) has a mattress that needs replacing. The mattress dipped in the center. So uncomfortable for a couple to sleep on. One of the shutters is broken. The right shutter will not open and limits the beautiful view. The window, on the door leading into the laundry room, is shattered. It was broken when we arrived and we’re thankful it did not break out of the pane. It should be replaced

Incredible stay in the heart of Lake Como!

The location of the apartment was absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of the Lake Como area, steps away from countless restaurants and the city center. The view from the apartment was stunning, directly overlooking the lake. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with cheerful touches. The balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The building was also quiet and pleasant, making our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and wished we could’ve stayed longerز Highly recommended!

We liked everything. If I had to mention one tiny thing, it took us a little while to locate the garage since it’s not in the same building, though it’s very close, and the host called me offering help and support. Still, having free parking available is a great bonus.

Great location, spacious apartment with stunning lake view.

The location is superb, right at the lake with nice views and very close to the city center which good restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped for our party of 4.

For us, everything was perfect. As you are centrally located and close to some bars and restaurants, there may be some noise in the later evening but this did not bother us.

Wonderful stay, perfect location.

The view, the size and look of the apartment and its location are magnificent. It is well appointed too. Seeing that Como wasn’t busy, it was peaceful too, but I imagine that it can be different in busy seasons. The building is also great and neighbours treat each other with respect.

I've stayed in many places but I haven't seen anything this good. Let me talk about Linda first. I have never seen such a warm welcome. My family and I were so pleased we still talk about it. She even prepared toys for my children. davide was very helpful starting from our first request, just send a message. He helps immediately. We would have loved to stay longer

to be leaving☺️

Unpleasant

Location is perfect and the view is amazing

We were fooled with the review of previous guests on booking. The only good thing about the property is the view and the owner. The entrance is not very convenient, you have pass by a corridor which is the back yard of the restaurants and the smell of food is very annoying with staff sitting in the corridor. You have to carry with you a bundle on four keys .. one for the gate, one for the flat, one for the garage door, and another for something which i forgot! .. The big issue is that room wasn’t not very clean as i would expect for the value of money .. the moment you enter there is a smell of cigarettes .. the main room smells and had an issue which rain water coming from the ceiling (this was before we came in but the smell of the water on the wall was still there. The bed sheets and cover seems to be old and smelly .. towels smells bad .. the water heater for the coffee was dirty .. the cigarette of the previous guest was still in the widow! .. we requested for two baby cots and there was only only one .. we found a number of mosquitoes of different types in the room .. The garage is inconvenient and very small and is very small and in basement number 3 and if you park your car you don’t feel like you want to use it during your stay due to the inconvenience of parking and you have to be a good driver to avoid scratching your car! I would accept the above points if the price was low but with what i paid i expected something completely different and i was really fooled with the rating i saw on booking! I must say that the owner and Linda (service provider) were really nice and helpful.

Center located, private covered parking and cool facilities

Center location Good quality of facilities Parking included Cleanness Friendly host We were received to park our car before the checkin time, that was very appreciated. Linda tried to help us with the parking process and luggage storage until check-in

Parking access is a very steep ramp down and the spot is very narrow. My car was damage on the floor as is a long car. The parking spot is very small and the car didn't fit entirely in (30cm out, so the garage door could not be closed. If you have medium to small car , no issues. We had two cars and the host offered us an extra parking spot, which is very appreciated The person receiving us

Leider war unser VW Bus zu hoch für den Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Daher mussten wir leider in einem externen Parkhaus parken und extra bezahlen...
