Appartamento esclusivo fronte lago, in centro a Como con garage

Sehr schöne, grosse Wohnung mit sensationeller Aussicht auf den Comersee. Zentrale gute Lage. Garage wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilsbereit.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Ausser das die Schlüsselübergabe nicht gut funktioniert hat. Das Problem liegt aber nicht beim Vermieter. Leider hat jemand der Gäste den Schlüssel nicht ins Schlüsselfach zurück gelegt.

Ustawienie temperatury wody pod prysznicem było dość trudne, woda leciała na przemian gorąca i lodowata

Widok był boski! Apartament po remoncie wszytko wyglądało bardzo dobrze.

Była tylko 1 kołdra, a potrzebowałyśmy 2 dla dwóch osób.

The location

- The furniture felt outdated and not very comfortable. - There weren’t enough comforters for the whole family—only two were provided. - On the first night, the boiler wasn’t working, so we didn’t have hot water for showers. We had to call and ask them to reset it. - There was a strange smell throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom. - The building entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the nearby restaurant kitchen. - The living room window shutters couldn’t be closed properly, so the kids woke up at sunrise due to the light. - The kitchen is open to the living area, and since the kids were sleeping in the living room, it felt like they were sleeping in the kitchen. - The parking was so tight for a large SUV. It took some time to get the car in it. Overall, the apartment needs some improvements to be more comfortable for families.
