Perfect Romantic Stay

The water was really clean, the room was big, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The hosts were responding to my messages very quickly and kindly. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from train and bus station.

Loved everything about this apartment. Comfy beds, lovely little kitchen area in the lounge and lovely decor throughout. Location to Como lake also excellent. We had 3 very enjoyable nights here and if we come back to Como would book to stay again!!

Worth it

It was better than expected. The sauna worked and everything was great. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us.

The check in instructions were hidden in a video but nothing pointing to watch the video, but we contacted the owner and he responded promptly.

Perfect location and spacious room!

One of the best apartment/hotel we have ever stayed in! The bed is just so comfortable, the steam shower was so relaxing, the spa was great after a long day and there is so much space to relax and walk around / be comfortable. The patio is really nice to relax and be outside - the neighbour’s don’t bother you at all. It was a little hard getting into the room as the door knob was hard to navigate - hot tip: enter the code, twist door knob to the left once then pull and push to open. This was the easiest way! The wifi password - they do send it to you so make sure to get a screenshot of it as the one written in the room, some of the letters look slightly different from how we would write it so was a little confused :) but was fine. Really great value and prefect location right by train station and in the middle with a short 5 min walk to ferries and middle of town! There was hardly a smell of chlorine so it was totally fine with the spa on. Thank you for having us!

The best accommodation in Como!

Location is ideal for anyone looking to utilise the boats to travel the lake. It’s a 10 minute walk to the lake front and just outside the Como centre and T here is parking also available. The suite itself is remarkable. Everything you could dream of in an accommodation. The host is very helpful and easy to deal with! Couldn’t recommend highly enough if you are considering staying in Como.

Excellent location and accommodations for two couples or small family.

The location was perfect for our 10-day stay being just outside Old Town and a short 5-minute walk from The Suites to the main Como train station as we had planned a 2-day excursion to Florence. Our apartment was well furnished, a split two bedroom with queen-sized beds and en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, washing machine only (no dryer), large living room space and private outdoor patio. We started communicating directly with the unit owner as there were no cooktop instructions, only a refrigerator, no freezer so no ice, and no trash handling instructions (e.g., recycling, composting, etc.). Regarding ice, the unit owner bought and brought us a standalone ice maker within 24-hours of us requesting it. He also came personally to show us how to use the cooktop. The cooktop has many child safety features built into it, like if there is not a pot on the heating element the cooktop would not turn on. Impossible to figure out the issue without instructions or a YouTube video.

We flew into Milan and hired a car and driver to transport us (2-couples) to Lake Como Suites Lorodellago. Flying to Italy from the US we arrived Milan at 7:30am, arrived to The Suites at 9:30am and check in time was 3pm. As The Suites is an apartment, not a hotel, so luggage storage is not readily or conveniently available as the property management office did not open until 9:30am and the office is located a 15-minute walk away. Not what any of us 63-77 year olds were up to doing. Anyway, fortunately we met an owner/resident of the building who saw us on the sidewalk who graciously opened the driveway gate AND the building where our apartment was in for us, as we did not have any gate or key codes to access the building or our apartment as we arrived so early. The building resident came to our rescue again and suggested we stow our luggage (5-checked bags and 4-carry-ons) in a storage closet located on the first-floor under a staircase. In bedroom and bathroom draw storage nonexistent, bedroom sizes not equitable so couples traveling together need to consider cost distribution, a microwave would be a nice addition and upgraded pots/pans, cooking utensils and a set of quality food preparation knives.

False advertising though it had a hot tub when I booked it but I guess I booked the wrong room 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

Nice but disappointing to be misled re lack of Jacuzzi in room

Very disappointing to turn up and not have a Jacuzzi. Apparently this happens often which actually makes it even more frustrating and left the kids disappointed. Would not have booked this room otherwise. That said it was a lovely place - however without a Jacuzzi was overkill for what we needed.

تصمم الشقه من الداخل

1- استأجرت غرفتين وصاله وللأسف احد الغرف لم يتم استخدامها خلال فتره الاقامه وذلك لو جود رائحه سيئه ولم تتم معالجتها بشكل نهائي واستمرت الرائحه لذلك لم يتم الاستفاده منها رغم دفع مبلغ الاقامه كامل 2- لايوجد مواقف مخصصه للسيارات رغم وجود سيارات في الداخل وأماكن متاحه 3- لا تتم النظافه ولم اجد مكان مخصص لها. 4- لاتتم إحترام الخصوصية والدخول للشقة دون إذني مثال ذلك كان هناك طاوله فيها رائحة سيئة تم اخراجها إلى الحديقة الخاصة بالشقه وفي اليوم التالي تفاجأت بها داخل في الشقه

Super Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich. In dem 4er Apartment gibt es in der Dusche noch türkisch Hamam. Parkplatz vorhanden in abgeschlossenem Hof.

Purtroppo tanti disagi

Arredamento, pulizia, vicinanza al centro, presenza di stoviglie, frigo, armadio capiente, bagno turco all'interno della doccia (è stata una sorpresa perché non era specificato bene quando ho prenotato), TV smart di grandi dimensioni.

Assenza di parcheggio dedicato all'interno dell'edificio (abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare l'auto distante e a pagamento); idromassaggio con eccessiva quantità di cloro/additivi che ha reso l'aria della stanza irrespirabile durante i giorni e le notti di soggiorno nonché l'impossibilità di azionare il funzionamento delle bolle perché aumentava l'uscita del cloro nell'aria (abbiamo avuto occhi e gola irritati per 3 giorni); timer per la pulizia del filtro dell'idromassaggio impostato alle 2 di notte!! che ci ha fatto svegliare di soprassalto (con conseguente difficoltà di riaddormentarsi perché obbligati ad alzarsi per andare a spegnere l'impianto); per scaldarsi l'acqua della vasca da 25° impiegava più di 4 ore per arrivare alla temperatura ottimale di 36°/37° per il bagno (sarebbe stato utile la possibilità di impostare la temperatura ottimale per il rientro in appartamento, ma non abbiamo capito se era possibile perché non c'erano le istruzioni del dislay); letto non particolarmente comodo; ventola esterna rumorosa dell'appartamento adiacente che si accendeva anche di notte; citofono della porta accanto che suonava nel nostro appartamento; assenza di istruzioni in italiano dell'uso dell'idromassaggio, del deumidificatore e della piastra induzione; nonostante abbiamo esposto telefonicamente i problemi al gestore (che ha cercato di risolvere la questione del cloro dopo averglielo comunicato), non ci è venuto incontro per i disagi avuti le prime 2 notti.
