Pleasant, safe and comfortable accomodation for Como visitors.

Accomodation benefits a great location: just 5 min walk from Como Borghi train station, from where you reach Como Lago in 5 min by train or by an easy 15-20 min walk through the old town. Excellent communication with a host, who is very friendly, attentive and present on place most of the time, if any assistance required. Appartment (we stayed at top floor) is cosy, with creative touch and art works in display, light and very clean, kitchen is fully equipped (the huge supermaket is nearby), the side street is quiet and new quality windows fully protect your sleep. Higly recommend for Como visitors, will gladly come back. P.S. There are good luggage deposit options in Como center, if needed. We used the self service place near Como Lago train station, inside the bus station.

Nothing about the property or place, just were unlucky with weather: due to heavy raining had to partly cancel touring plans unfortunately, as navigation on the lake was suspended, as well lakeside areas cut off for a few days. Sightseeing plans however were replaced by a comfortable rest and delicious food.

Smashing host and a super cool, well equipped spacious property

Axel is a fantastic host who takes his role as host extremely seriously and goes way beyond what is expected. He anticipates and provides (the fans were a godsend as we arrived in the midst of a heatwave). The apartment is hip and really well and equipped. The spacious nature with outside space afforded us all of the amenity space we could have asked for.

Not a lot in truth - the location was good for us as we liked to walk but may not suit anyone for whom same is an issue as it is 25 mins walk from the port - beyond that Axel is aware of some minor additions needed going forward - We would definitely use Axel again.

Una piacevole base per conoscere Como e dintorni

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, piacevolmente personalizzato da lavori artistici creati dal proprietario. Tutto è come da descrizione, in più c'erano sale, zucchero, olio, capsule per il caffè e dell'acqua minerale (anche se quella del rubinetto è buona). Dispone di un giardino e di fronte si vede il parco di San Martino. La zona è silenziosa, non c'erano rumori notturni. Le persiane lasciano filtrare un po' di luce, ma non è fastidioso. Si trova a meno di mezz'ora a piedi dal porto ed è ben servito da varie lineee di autobus; supermercati e panificio sono vicinissimi. Ho prenotato il mattino stesso dell'arrivo, ma, grazie alla comunicazione veloce e alla disponibilità del proprietario, ho potuto entrare in anticipo sull'orario di check-in. Che si effettua in autonomia con chiare e semplici istruzioni

În primul rând comunicarea! O gazdă perfectă din toate punctele de vedere, mereu atentă la mesaje, întrebări, sau la nevoile noastre! Indicații precise și checkin foarte ușor! Apartamente spațioase, modern renovate și dotate, câldură. WIFI bun, paturi foarte confortabile, bucătărie cu strictul necesar, capsule de cafea, ceai, apă din partea casei. Recomand și sigur vom reveni!

Квартира на самом деле большая, также есть небольшой дворик. Нас было четверо взрослых и двое детей, так что наличие двух ванных комнат было как нельзя кстати. Район очень тихий, много магазинов в пешей доступности.

Матрасы жесткие, заняло несколько ночей привыкнуть. Есть парковка, но она не входит в стоимость. Это конечно больше наше упущение, что мы не обратили внимание на это в описании жилья. Так что если вы хотите парковаться прямо возле дома, нужно закладывать дополнительные расходы на парковочное место.

Sehr ruhige Lage und doch schnell im Zentrum. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Café in der Nähe. Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Leider war für uns die Matratze zu hart. Ich der Küche haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt. Geschirrhandtücher, größere Tassen. Leider auch etwas hellhörig. Manche Urlauber denken halt Sie wären alleine im Haus.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, correspond parfaitement à la description indiquée sur l’annonce de Booking. Très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités qu’on peut rechercher pour passer un bon week-end. Axel a été très agréable et attentionné, il nous a fait trouver de l’eau du café etc etc , répondait rapidement à nos questions

Même si la position n’est pas au centre de la ville , néanmoins n’est pas très éloigné du centre , à peine 10 minutes à pieds

Der junge Herr war sehr freundlich. Wir haben per Whattsapp kommuniziert was es sehr einfach gemacht hat und er war gut erreichbar. Er wa sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit :)) Das Appartement hatte sehr schöne grosse und saubere Zimmer :)

Die Lage könnte etwas zentraler sein, doch zu Fuss mit 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt war auch nicht schlimm :)

Zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Küche vorhanden. Es gab zwei (kleine) Bäder mit Duschen. Ein Garten war vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit in einer Sonnengeschützten Garage. Weg zur Innenstadt ok, zu Fuß gut machbar.

elendig værtsskab, ventede en time på check in, kunne ikke får telefonisk kontakt selvom 2 valide numre blev forsøgt. ingen hjælp at hente fra booking com. lejligheden levede på ingen måde op til det lovede, blev også snydt med manglende altan. værten var ikke sin opgave voksen, var ikke til stede og regnede med at alt kunne klares via whats app?? Det har vi ikke noget kendskab til.
