Friendly and attentive host, easily reachable. Super clean. Two wide rooms (one on the ground floor with normal ceiling hight, another with the mezzanine with a low ceiling as shown in pics). Comfortable beds and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Minimalist but it has everything one needs for a perfect stay. Host thought of details from luggage stands in every room to facial tissues and sewing kits. Well located property, 10min. walk from Como cathedral, 15min. walk from the lake and the funicular to Brunate (do not miss an evening drink at Albergo Bella Vista), just a few meters from the city market and close to good priced cafes and restaurants (we would recommend Inka and Capriccio di Como cafes, and although we did not try, La Vita e Bella restaurant is well rated looked good). Property is not in the heart of the tourist area, allowing a flavor of local life. Property is close the local railway, but it is inside a courtyard and very silent.
Shower pressure is not very strong for Latin American standards - it is Ok for European standards. Small shower cubicle (we are average weight and not tall, so no problem at all for us).
