Raffaella Home in Como center

Un apartamento precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto.muy limpio Céntrico, muy bien comunicado, Está la estación de tren muy cerca. Las camas muy cómodas. Equipado con lavadora, microondas, cafetera, televisión...y muy tranquilo, por las noches no se escucha ningun ruido exterior. Mencionar a Raffaella, la anfitriona, nos recibió personalmente, y no le importó el hecho que llegásemos un poco más tarde. Nos enseñó todo el apartamento y nos explicó cualquier duda. Nos ayudó a resolver dudas del viaje, enviándonos enlaces para la compra de tickets, horarios de tren...

No hay nada que no me gustase.

L'appartamento è spazioso (camera da letto enorme) e dotato di arredi ed accessori praticamente nuovi. Posto all'ultimo piano (terzo) di un fabbricato in zona molto tranquilla. Molto utile il parcheggio privato nel cortile condominiale.

Purtroppo nei 2 giorni di permanenza l'ascensore condominiale era fuori uso ma il mancato funzionamento non dipende dal host

Unsere Anreise war super! Die Gastgeberin Raffaella hat uns pünktlich und freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in einem alten italienischen Gebäude und sehr nah zum Centrum. Unser Hund war willkommen. Raffaella informierte uns sofort über die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitbeschäftigungen mit und ohne Hund.

Es gibt nichts, dass nicht gefallen hat.

Raffaella‘s kleine Ferienwohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines typisch italienischen Hinterhauses, es gibt aber einen Aufzug! Eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof, da kamen wir mit unserem Bulli gerade so rein 😊. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und alles noch ziemlich neu! Raffaella ist mega nett und hilfreich, hat uns direkt mit tollen Tipps für Como versorgt, Danke dafür! Auch als wir deutlich später ankamen als geplant und als wir ein kleines Problem in der Wohnung hatten, war sie super hilfreich und nett! Insgesamt kann man Raffaellas Wohnung für einen Tripp nach Como sehr empfehlen!
