The normal road to the property was blocked by a crash and the sat nav took us on an alternative very unsuitable route

Clean and cozy, not suitable for loud group.

Host was great and friendly, very clear directions how to get to apartment. Apartment cozy and clean, superfantastic view.

Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat overshadowed by the downstairs neighbours, who were displeased even with our quiet conversations. I should note that we truly weren’t being loud. Therefore, this apartment may not be suitable if you plan to spend your evenings relaxing, chatting, or laughing with friends.

Had a wonderful stay. Danilo was so helpful. He recommended really good restaurants and made sure that we don’t have any issues checking in. The property has everything you need. The location is close to lake como - 10 mins by car.

Check-in was easy, codes and keys were clearly explained. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The view was extraordinary, very beautiful and relaxing.

You have to leave your car further away from the house, there is no private parking. The apartment was cool and the laundry didn't dry because it was raining outside. There were no potholders to take hot food out of the oven.

Absolutely amazing view of the mountains. The owners were very nice and were responsive to questions. The owners also provided excellent recommendations for dinner. The apartment was exceptionally beautiful.

Assolutamente fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo fantastico appartamento. Per prima cosa Danilo è stato super gentile e disponibile con noi, siamo arrivati dopo le 9 di sera , abbiamo fatto il self check in, semplicissimo, Danilo ci aveva fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è stato molto facile . Il parcheggio non dista molto dall appartamento , un minuto e sei arrivato. La casa è’ bellissima , moderna , c è tutto quello che serve, la cucina è fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, piatti , stoviglie , pratica e spaziosa. La vista dalla finestra del salone e della camera è da togliere il fiato per quanto è bella !! Bellissimo anche il bagno, la doccia e’ davvero molto grande , la camera matrimoniale anche grande e spaziosa , grande armadio e grande cassettiera , per chi ha bisogno e usufruisce dell appartamento per un periodo più lungo sicuramente avrà tutto lo spazio necessario per i propri vestiti ed effetti personali. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi . Zanzariere in ogni finestra e serrande elettroniche . La pulizia dell appartamento è a dir poco eccellente. Posizione dell appartamento ottima , vicina a tutto .Torneremo sicuramente in zona e sceglieremo questo appartamento di nuovo per il nostro soggiorno. Mi sento davvero di consigliarlo a tutti .

Groot ruim appartement met balkon en uitzicht. Keuken goed uitgerust. Parkeren op korte loopafstand van de accommodatie.

Contact met host via WhatsApp. Geen persoonlijk contact. Wel goede gedetailleerde uitleg via WhatsApp. Verwarming kon niet zelf lager gezet worden zonder password.

Sehr schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattete, für 4 Personen geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit 2 Balkonen und Terrasse. Gute Aussicht. Check-in problemlos mit QR-Code und Schlüsseltresor. Unser Aufenthalt war auf Durchreise nur für eine Nacht, daher können die lokalen Möglichkeiten nicht beurteilt werden.

Assolutamente da evitare

È stata un esperienza terribile non c'era nessun tipo di riscaldamento si gelava dal freddo con un persona invalida che tremava sotto le coperte non si poteva fare doccia il tutto senza che ci venisse comunicato preventivamente il proprietario della struttura non ci ha aiutato e ci ha detto di chiedere a Booking il risarcimento e che lui non avrebbe preso i soldi invece veniamo a scoprire che ha cancellato la prenotazione e dice che non ci ha mai visto e si è preso tutti i soldi abbiamo avuto un grave danno ci ha detto di andarcene e di trovare un altra struttura in piena notte al freddo e che lui non gli interessava se avevamo una persona disabile insieme Una cosa assurda siamo umiliati di un comportamento del genere ed abbiamo subito gravi danni economici.

Il comportamento del proprietario della struttura il riscaldamento non c'era e neanche una ventola dell' aria calda tutto ghiacciato

Schöne und moderne Wohnung mit Talblick

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, top organisierter Check in, insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung. Für uns der ideale Zwischenaufenthalt, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Host war sehr freundlich, hat per WhatsApp klar verständliche Informationen zum Check in und den Parkmöglichkeiten übermittelt. Außerdem haben wir gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen erhalten und hätten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden können.

Ein tolles Appartment, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein tolles Appartement in ruhiger Lage. Schön eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Mit einem tollen Ausblick ins Tal. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp da, wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben. Der Supermarkt quasi um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für die Bereitstellung eines Kinderbettes sogar mit Bettzeug, klasse!

Es fällt bisschen an Ausstattung wie Müslischalen und Weingläser/ größere Gläser, Toaster, Schere… bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte uns das sehr gefehlt. Leider ist such der Parkplatz nicht direkt vor der Tür, sondern ca. 100 m entfernt, aber auch halb so schlimm.

Super schöner Aufenthalt!

Waren nur zur Durchreise für eine Nacht dort aber würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Haben nach dem Stadttrubel die ruhige Lage und den tolle Ausblick sehr genossen. Außerdem ist alles sehr groß, sauber und wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Einchecken wurde bestens beschrieben und hat daher super geklappt.

Die Messer zum Kochen sind leider gar nicht mehr scharf aber das war das einzige.

Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Dostępny pod komórką cały czas w trakcie naszego pobytu. Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony oraz z ładnym widokiem. Apartament zlokalizowany lekko na uboczu miasta, stąd najlepiej dostać się tam własnym samochodem. Okolica spokojna.
