Vivood is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. The villa we were upgraded to was out of this world, significantly enhancing our overall experience. The accommodations were spectacular, combining comfort and elegance in the most delightful way. We were particularly impressed by the incredible staff and their outstanding service. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our stay truly special. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the meticulous care provided throughout our visit, was handled with impeccable precision. Thank you for making our friends' wedding and our stay at Vivood Hotel so memorable. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. The venue and property was spectacular. The views were like none other. The service was terrible!! I ordered champagne to be sent over to a group of friends on several different times one evening and it were never received. On the same evening, I ordered a glass of wine and waited more than thirty minutes for it and had to continuously ask for it. I wish I could say that the lack of service was because the bar/ restaurant was busy, but that was not the case. I was the only person in the bar and the party I was attempting to send over drinks to were the only ones on patio. The next morning, I ordered a coffee in lounge area at 10 am. I was told I needed to order at pool with outside server. What they neglected to tell me that the person who tends to the bar, did not start until noon. At which point I went to the main desk and asked to speak to the manager. Upon listening to my experiences, the manager simply stated that they servers must have been busy. When I assured him that they were not as I was the only one in the lounge, he failed to offer to send the champagne to the party nor did he offer any apologizes. I spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Would not go back or recommend this hotel. To bad because the property is spectacular.

Magical place! Amazing staff and the food was impecable. We love the holistic preservation of the mountains surrounded by herbs and botanical garden alongside the rosds between the houses and villas. The villa with the pool is worth every penny if you want to have some privacy without having to share space with others in the common pool area, which is also a great place to relax in!

We travelled to this hotel on purpose, as we were seduced by the marketing. The scenery is indeed fantastic, and the design inspired. But the execution is lacking in quality. Materials and furniture are of low quality and will not age well. It's not at all on par with the price range of the hotel. Also, there's actually not much in terms of amenities to relax and enjoy the view. The pool water is not heated and this hotel being in the mountains, too cold to enjoy most of the time. There are private Jacuzzi's for some rooms, but none are available for the other guests. That's a shame be cause that would be a great experience to offer to all guests. Service was ok, but not exceptional. Breakfast was nice though. We left feeling that the price asked was not in line with the experience.

Vivood was simply perfect. Quiet hotel for adults, perfect if you want to relax and disconnect. The staff are helpful and very professional, the setting is gorgeous. Situated in the mountains, the views of the valley from the room are stunning. Great location for a walk/hike, and a very well thought architecture/design. It respects the environment and it melts with the colors and the nature. The room is extremely comfortable and the design is modern and clean. Bed very comfortable. We will surely be back soon.

The hotel is so close to Mother Nature which gave us a silent and relaxing stay. The reception and all staff are so helpful! We run out of fuel one day and the staff helped to buy big bottles of diesel when they are coming to work and help us to fill the oil! Much appreciated for the excellent service! And the property is so clean and new with great view!

Found it randomly while tripping down the coast of Spain, thinking we were staying for just an overnight.. ended up lingering in a perfect, remote feeling and beautiful little paradise.

Stayed for one night with wife. Great location, phantasy ice location and view, staff super nice and helpfull. 5 stars so far. Downside was 1) great to have a private jaccuzie, but as it was not heated, it was not that useful. 2) private location was lovely, but constantly overlooked by workmen working on the suite next door 3) very strong odour from some wood treatment in the suite Would give 4 stars overall. Overall, it was worth the price for a one-off stay at a beautiful location, might go back some other time, but probably run out of things to do after a couple of days.
