Not set up for English travellers , no milk in the rooms no water in the rooms, it’s a hotel for over 65’s that is clearly not stated when booking.

Worst hotel in benidorm

Everything the lifts not working having to walk 36 floors the breakfast is probably the worst I have ever had in my life not just saying that either the rooms are from the 60s old wood the balcony is like a prison courtyard the building is crap I paid extra for a sea view as the sanders rooms don't advertise as sea view just pool and mountain but it turns out the standard rooms are sea view too so false advertisements and also the check in was horrendous the staff kept dealing with other people whilst dealing with our party took a hour just to check in staff training on order I think is needed

Enjoyable stay at a family friendly resort in Benidorm

The facilities were all clean and well kept except the outside entrace where the carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was exceptional and the entertainment was good.

As mentioned the first impression at the entrance was not very good. Staff during checkin and checkout were efficient but not very friendly to foreign visitors. I witnessed a very unpleaant exchange of words between a staff member and a guest who requested some assitance as she was dyslexia and couldn't read some documentation.

Good hotel, could use fixing on wifi for the rooms and prices for the spa.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was well equipped with multiple fun things to do. The views in the rooms were very nice and the view on the sky bar was phenomenal.

The WiFi didn’t reach our room properly so we had to go outside to call someone or send a message, also the spa was a bit overpriced for only an hour it was 20€.

2 star hotel. We stayed one night for which we paid €260, we went to dinner and for an evening walk and when we returned we had no water to shower and the toilet could not be used either

At 1:30 at night, the reception calls me to move the room, having a 6-year-old child who was sleeping, 4-star hotel without water in the fridge and without a brush to clean the toilet??? The alarm on the 42nd floor went off all night

the location is good near the beach, but you need transport to get to the centre of the town.

The room was OK, but we had to beg for a kettle, the bathroom was not at the expected level of cleanliness. the restaurant was not organised well, people ended shouting at each other in order to get a table.

Hotel was easy to find, parking underground was easy as it was quiet season, reception was friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious with a huge bed and amazing view from balcony on 38th floor!

Dinner in the evening was buffet style and the hot food was lukewarm but considering the cost, it was OK.
