The facilities were all clean and well kept except the outside entrace where the carpet was very dirty.
Breakfast was exceptional and the entertainment was good.
As mentioned the first impression at the entrance was not very good. Staff during checkin and checkout were efficient but not very friendly to foreign visitors. I witnessed a very unpleaant exchange of words between a staff member and a guest who requested some assitance as she was dyslexia and couldn't read some documentation.

The lifts never work and with 43 floors it was ridiculous
