VIVOOD Landscape Hotel & Spa - Designed for Adults

Got this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday. The view is amazing, same as the pictures. The room size was spacious. One thing the receptionist mentioned was the hikes - you can get to the reservoir in 15 minutes and can do a two hour hike (more like 4 hours). The area is secluded, so you have a lot of alone/intimate time and time to explore the area more. There are small towns nearby which helps provide more culture to the area.

I would suggest more food options with other cuisines maybe? The restaurant food was good to get by but would get a bit boring as the days go on. The selection is quite small and requires a specific tastebud. None the less, I am a foodie so maybe I’m being harsh.

Restaurant menu was definitely not fussy eater suitable. Not many alternatives or depth to the menu. Something to note - not many shops nearby

The use of the golf buggies could have been better as we had a number of older people in our party and it was difficult at times to get around

The whole experience is magical. The individual lodges are beautiful.

SPA IS QUITE GOOD, BUT THERE IS 5 STEPS EXPIRIENCE WHERE YOU GO FROM HOT SAUNA TO HAMAM AND TO COLD SHOWERS , WHAT I WOULD ADVISE THEM IS TO SWITCH PLACES, AFTER HOT SAUNA, TAKE PEOPLE TO COLD SHOWERS FIRST AND THAT HAMAMM, BECAUSE AFTER SAUNA, HAMMAM IS VERY HARD FOR YOU BODY, AND THAN AFTER SHOWERS ITS GET COLD AND YOU WISH SOMETHING HOT AGAIN

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were excellent and the restaurant was fantastic. The pools were beautiful and would definitely recommend a visit

The rooms could of been a bit cleaner as dust in the corners and the shower room on the seals had a bit of mould on the seals. The swimming pools had some mould on the grout where possibly the staff could not see as unless you were in the pool you would not notice it. Outside lights on the bar area was the same. If you were sat down there was cobwebs under the lights but you would not notice it unless you were under the lights. Attention to detail needs looking at but I would recommend staying here as such a wonderful place. Please don't let my comments put you off. I myself will come back

There's was nothing we didn't like but felt some bored games for the evening to pass some time would of gone down well.

I paid 1100 for a villa for 2 nights and I would of expected at least a breakfast or something with the villa but other then that I loved it

the most amazing hotel ever. videos and pictures aren’t enough to describe it, this has to be experienced. amazing view, amazing villa, amazing food, everything was just perfect! we upgraded from a normal room to a villa and was so glad we did.

The location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful places I have been. The property is perfectly maintained, the rooms were comfortable, the spa and restaurant were a dream.

Beautiful environment, beautiful pool area, the room was nice. Situated next to a beautiful Reserve. Staff were all really friendly.

The Room Booked the best room type at just about €800/night. Gorgeously set with the most stunning view however massively over priced. Dusty at times and limiting minibar. Housekeeping happens at early hours of the day and by the time we returned from the gym there was a crew of cleaners which meant we had to wait to use wash/shower rooms. By the time we were done to attend breakfast and pool, the room was messy/dirty again which wouldn’t have been an issue if night service was offered which it wasn’t. So no water refills etc. Bed was ok, pillows not great! WIFI intermittent. Decor/interior very standard, cheap specs. The Terrace of the Private Pool Villas aren’t South facing which made it redundant for us. Spent all of our time by communal pool when we had intended to spend most time at the room. No cleaning was done in the terrace throughout our stay. The Spa Beautifully set with an amazing view. Spa services limited and underwhelming. No fitness centre although yoga and similar classes are held in spa. When 5-8 people attended, the guest needed to help re-arrange it and move huge beds and pile them on top of each other to fit people. Restaurant We were misinformed about opening hours of restaurant which resulted in us having the same food/menu 2/3 nights ventured out the last night. Food was ok but not exciting or ground breaking, priced accordingly. Nice wines! Staff really friendly although limited English skills which resulted in every order having some sort of issue. Menu might get boring if you stay longer than a weekend. Beautiful view from the panoramic Restaurant, never had the opportunity to try the lunch restaurant which was meant to be special. Although the latter is set in a sterile space which didn’t look super atmospheric. Pool Area So so beautiful and really quiet! Literally 0 service and constantly needed to get up and walk all the way to the restaurant to order.

service in the Lounge bar not great. in the end went up and asked for drinks nobody came to wait on us! the pool and spa area were cold. also if windy do not stay here ! the wind was so loud with banging sounds from the outside we did not sleep for one minute all night!

The hotel was beautiful, it looked just like the pictures. The food, cocktails and wine were amazing and very reasonably priced.

the pool is cold during the cold days, they have 2 pools, no one got into them because it’s extremely cold, I suggest heating at least one of them during the more cold days

It was 2 wonderful days. What a beautiful hotel and what a beautiful setting. Enjoyed the wonderful spa and fantastic restaurant. The room with the best view you can imagine. We will definitely come back.
