The event was lovely with a great setting.

Beautiful gardens and pool.

This is an event hotel, so the restaurant is not open at night. Lots of insects around and I was badly stung ! There was nothing at the hotel to help and the location is not near anywhere. If you want to eat you have to order in . Lots of early morning noise when the next day event is being set up

We had assumed there was dinner service so that was a disappointment initially but we went in Finstrat and had a lovey dinner at Serena - staff there were great and dinner was scrumptious.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel

Everything From the very warm welcome we received on arrival to the fond farewell on departure. We were made to feel like welcome guests in a home not a room number in a hotel. Breakfast served to us at our table was a real treat. The two ladies serving breakfast were wonderful, the breakfast varied & plentiful. Rooms are pleasantly decorated, excellent linen, wonderful towels, good working AC! The sea water pool was a refreshing change from chlorinated pools. Plenty of free car parking, such a nice change. Really felt like a 5 star hotel in every respect!

Nothing Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer The hotel doesn’t serve dinner so you have to drive to the nearest town bit don’t let that put you off staying here. This is a real find! Absolutely loved everything about it!

The hotel and setting was beautiful. Lovely pool area. Everything nice and clean. Rooms good size.

Advertised as hotel restaurant. Which where situated was one of the reasons booked the hotel. Expecting to have pre or after dinner drinks around the pool But restaurant not open. Apparently just using as events centre. Falsely advertised. Really do need to change the app.

Heaven on earth

Everything was perfect , starting from room and territory, up to perfect management! This stay was like heaven on earth! Manager Alex was helping us every time we asked ! Extra clean and cozy room , perfect place to relax :) This trip was part of our honeymoon, and it was perfect thanks to La Plantacion ! P.S Thank you for Cava ♥️

the location of the hotel was exotic and beautiful. the rooms big and the breakfast delicious. the golfcouse was only 10 minutes away. the staff was very politie and friendly.

very disappointed with the hotel , it spoiled what should have been a special occasion .

the gardens were wonderful ,very relaxing .

the restaurant was closed ( we were told it is only open for weddings ) the bar / lounge was also closed as was the coffee and snack bar ,all these were on the description of the hotel on the site , if we had know we would not have booked it as it was a very special occasion for us ( our 50th anniversary )it was a expensive hotel and we expected a lot more , also the breakfast was disappointing as again the description stated choice of breakfast , there was no choice a mix of continental and English , we checked in at 3 pm and the host then locked the hotel and there was no one to help until next morning ,when we complained we were told we should have phoned and he would have come back , not a way to run a hotel , would not recommend to anyone to stay there .

So much promise…so much of a let down

Picturesque location and a fabulous looking building. Spacious room with great access to the pool. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a few glasses of something.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good stuff ended! Super uncomfortable bed, fridge not working along with the outside spa ( one of the reasons we booked here) All of that can be forgiven though, if it wasn’t for the fact that the hotel staff seemed more interested in setting up for a wedding the following day. Sunbed cushions not out until the following morning for the wedding I assume. No reply to my enquiry about dinner before we arrived and without doubt, one of the worst breakfasts I’ve been served in a hotel for many a year. It was as if we were in the way of the wedding preparations which, I may add, seem to be this hotels priority on looking through the photos on this site. The owner Aleix tried his best but ultimately it was a major disappointment!

A wonderful place

We stayed 2 nights as a couple for a romantic trip in the area. We had a beautiful big room with a patio right in front of the pool. Great service and breakfast A marvelous landscaped pool so sereine in the middle of nature We LOVED it . a big plus for the attention of the bottle of Cava left in our room for our anniversary.

Terrible Experience not helped by booking.com

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It was marketed as a hotel restaurant, it was neither, it was like a ghost town. We had booked for 4 nights but left as soon as we could after one. There was only one person in the whole hotel when we arrived and he disappeared after he had taken our money. He told us there was no food or bar we could not even get water after a long drive fortunately we had some in the car. When we got into the room the "minibar" was a fridge containing somebody else's half eaten food. The next morning the chap on reception said that they would refund us for the unused stay but then came up with a load of excuses as to why this should be done through booking.com. We have not received anything and of course, there is no sensible way of contacting booking.com

We enjoyed the location, the room was clean and big, we had a mini private terace, garden and the swimming pool were magnificent, breakfast was on our taste, very quiet location on weekdays and not very far to Benidorm or Vilajoyosa.

Exceptional

We were warmly welcomed by the host personally with an espresso. The location is beautifully situated in the middle of a tropical garden in the mountains. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, we also had our own terrace.The room has its own Nespresso machine and toiletries from Ritual. There were also two small bottles of wine as a welcome. The pool is huge and the breakfast was outstanding including serrano, salmon and freshly squeezed orange juice. We will be very happy to come back.

The breakfast staff were very friendly and although a bit different the breakfast was very nice. Pool was nice and lovely surroundings.

A lot of the finishing touches seemed to be missing, kind of felt like it was out of season, although surely in April things are moving. The fridge in the room wasn't turned on, and was empty. No cushions on the sun loungers. Bar next to Pool was closed the whole time. The hot tub part of the pool was out of order and unusable. But unfortunately the most annoying thing was the nearby dogs barking the entire night, and with relatively poor soundproofing this was an issue.

An amazing place for romantic weekend

We spent the weekend at this hotel. There was a wonderful calm atmosphere. Clean territory and a swimming pool. In the evening, a delicious dinner of dishes and wine was offered. The entire hotel staff is very caring. Breakfasts are very good and hearty. On Sunday, a delicious lunch was also offered for a small price. A great place for a romantic holiday and an opportunity to enjoy time together. I advise everyone this place, you will not regret it

The place is sooo comfortable, the room very spacious and the gardens relaxing with plenty of space to chose depending on your mood of the day. The views are wonderful. The food delicious and the staff go out of their way to help in any way they can. We'll definitely go again.

nice room, very nice facilities. very good breakfast. It's a pity the weather wasn't very good and couldn't enjoy the pool. Great place to relax and have a walk in the mountains.

we had lunch for father's day.. avoid the restaurant! was awful and very overpriced. The property had some issues to accept card payments... if the restaurant is open, not sure if it can be noisy in the rooms, as they are below the restaurant.
