Excellent value for money. Very relaxing.

The rooms were bright and airy and the full opening doors onto the small balcony were great to relax in the warmth of the day, whilst still feeling private. The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent value and a chilled, relaxing haven.

Not really a complaint but a car is essential to access the property. Development of a more direct walking route into the village is recommended.

The setting the views and the design of the buildings were superb. The staff were charming and helpful. The most relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We will return.

A small fridge in the room would have been greatly appreciated, particularly in this current heatwave. There were no where near enough plug sockets and also no charging points for phones etc. Having to unplug the bedside light to charge anything was an annoyance.

Amazing setting, but needs some engineering!

On arrival, the reception, location, staff and presentation of the site was excellent, impressed with the whole layout and initial service, evening meal and first mornings breakfast, as well as the facilities were very good. The staff, both on reception, at breakfasts, and at checkout, were second to none and very astute to their guests.

First night, it became very apparent when the occupants next door arrived back late how much the sound travelled both on the balcony and from the adjacent room. The soundproofing between the 1 bed apartments is incredibly poor, and every word could be heard. The second night a different couple occupied the adjacent apartment, and the snooring kept us up throughout the night. Added to this, the blinds that take time to lower and raise have a noisy action, which didn't help. The second night, the lights were left on in the grounds, which illuminated the room, even with the blind down. The second mornings breakfast rolls were certainly not to the standard of the day before, and were very dry. Very critical I know as the place is very beautiful and well kept, but when both nights sleep were interrupted, it did make for a less than pleasant experience.

Breakfast is under the average : if you arrive too late there is no bakery left. A pitty. Kitchen is very small. If you reserve a bit late, you’ll hear that it’s full booked for dint. Not really a customer focused approach. Hotel is quite far from the village and then you have to take your car : not a great experience at all.

Location was lovely, great views, value for money & staff did their best to help. Rooms were perfect for what we needed, each has a balcony & also dinner in restaurant was readily provided even though we hadn't booked and arrived late at night.

Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, though to be expected for the price. Only one member of staff operating who seemed rushed off his feet while we were there. If following satnav to the hotel beware - we ended up on a very steep single track road! Town itself not far away but actual road itself is also very steep, not really walkable in evening. No twin rooms available - only double beds.

I wish I could have spend there more time.

The breakfast was excellent. Andrea at the reception and Manuel and the other guy at breakfast were exceptional. They made a difference. Andrea was absolutely lovely and helpful when I needed to print some tickets. Manuel along with the chef made an absolutelly agreat night for the 6 couples that had dinner at such beautiful place and night. The food was wonderful and they were very attentive and corteous. The view was spectacular, The food was very good although the menus was not extensive it had something for every palate. I really love this hotel and it's employees totally made the place even more special.

Away from the coast amongst the cleaner air of the mountains.

Very peaceful with great views. Superb and very attentive staff. Lovely food and accommodated my gluten free needs without fuss. We were made to feel very special. A great base for our holiday to explore the Costa Blanca. Would highly recommend.

One night in the mountains

We liked the peaceful location, the beautiful pool/bar area with sun loungers, deck chairs, sofas and tables and plenty of shade if needed. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped and all had views to the sea. There was secure parking for our motorcycle, gates are locked at midnight. We had dinner at the hotel, which was very good and we sat under the pine trees enjoying the views. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection of local pastries, breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, tea and coffee. All the staff were friendly and the lady on reception spoke very good English.

These suites are absolutely stunning. The location is beautiful nice and relaxing. The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is a very good size. The pool looks very inviting and everywhere was perfectly clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your wanting something quiet, romantic and away from it all.

stunning location, super comfy bed

The view is truly stunning and even though it feels like it is away from all, the Finestra town is within walking distance. The bed was super comfy!

Many breakfast items was wrapped in individual plastic. I understand it from the hygiene point of view, but seemed a bit excessive.
