Breakfast had plenty of choice. Room was amazing value for money and staff were very nice.

Bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was quite hard. Dinner could have had more choice and it is a shame water isn’t included and coffee isn’t served.

Very close to beach new and old town and tram stop

Hotel was lovely,big bathroom with biggest shower I’ve seen balcony and lovely bed. Breakfast was plentiful for whatever your tastes.

Hotel was ok just in the wrong location but the food was oor and very noisy near the hospital and someone with a leaf blower at 630am for 3 hrs like there’s a lift going up and down every 5 seconds Chinese water torture.staff at bar area was friendly.

The perfect place

It's such a beautiful and clean hotel. Very modern. Just somewhere you would love to stay. It's very close to old town, a dander down the road to the shops and restaurants. Coming back up the hill, maybe a hard climb for elderly (especially in 37° heat (27th July- 1st July) The pool area isn't overpacked , the beds are upper class! The breakfast is endless! The Aircon is so good! The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. Don't venture to new town! It's a total dive.. Old Town will have music and an amazing atmosphere until late (peak season) Visit the Mediterranean balcony in Old Town, it's fab. Let me note on the balcony that we were on the 5th floor. The "supportive bars" are not metal. They are plastic. It does seem strong, but id still prefer if they were metal. I would advise the hotel to change them ASAP.

Pool was clean around the poolside

but the pool for the whole week I was there had discarded rubbish / paper / in the bottom of the pool & never saw a staff member actually check it.

Excellent value

Good breakfast and the room was amazing value for £30 a night. The shower was the biggest I've had in any hotel in all my years of travelling! Comfy bed and pillows. Amazing unexpected sea view from the balcony!

The balcony seating was like cafeteria metal chairs so not comfortable. The walls were thin and my neighbours late back in the early hours so interrupted my sleep as they were talking very loud. The entertainment was naff just a woman playing a play list and loads of pensioners dancing. Location also a little walk from anything, about 15 mins roughly. Up a hill so uphill coming back.

Staff and comfortable surroundings.

Everything in the Hotel suited us, meals, cleaning, staff etc. The only downside was the location, my wife and I are pensioners and both have walking difficulties, so we were relient on taxis most of the time.

Well worth a stay!

We were welcomed by a very friendly lady at reception and all the hotel service staff were amazing. The food was very good and the ice-cream machine was a bonus! The room was clean and comfortable, with everything one would expect to have. We really enjoyed our stay.

Paradise.

The hotel is in ideal location for Benidorm old town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Primarily for Spanish clientes. Food good but often offered cold. Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean.

Entertainment!!!! Need to employ a more diverse entertainment programme plenty of good singers and comedians out of work in Benidorm. Again caters mostly for Spanish clientes…. Ballroom dancing
