Location was good, check in was friendly and smooth. Unfortunately, following the other two receptionists were not so friendly; rather hands off! Inside of the hotel and our room was outdated, small bathroom with a tiny shower. Didn't have any balconies nor iron and ironing board. We didn't like misadvertisement! Also, washer and dryer are not free of charge! Everything is written in French, so we didn't know that we were supposed to take-out the trash. All of the photos were shown on Hotels.com wasn't the same yet, similar of what we were given. Bed was comfortable, we stayed 3 days.

We booked a superior studio that did not resemble the photographs on the website at all. Tried to check in at 3pm, room was not available until 4.30pm , after being told it would be 5 minutes. Had to leave luggage in an unsecured, unsupervised room, no luggage labled and other guests luggage too. Our Room was tiny, outside area dirty and messy, neighbouring rooms outside area covered in cigarette ends, doggy poo bags, cans etc. These were separated by wooden palets. In rooms, you could not control your own aircon, and it was seldom on. At 30 degrees +, this made it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. You were told not to turn fridge any cooler, it was on minimum. you had to recyle your own rubbish and put general rubbish in basement carpark. Large Laundry cages and recycling bins were directly outside our room for our entire 3 night stay. Bed and toilet clean but bathroom sink very slow to drain. This is not in the petit france area, as stated, though a reasonable walk to get there. So many notices about dos and donts, we felt we were back at school. This certainly did not live up to website description/photographs, and certainly not what we expected after our various hotel/appartment stays throughout europe this trip

Room was clean other than balcony dirty and dusty, but there was construction going on nearby. Bathroom sink was a bit stooped up. Notified desk in am. It was fixed and clean when we came back in pm. So good response follow through. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Jean, Willy, and Lauryn,I think. Breakfast set up was good, but since we are gf, didn’t buy it. Disappointed we had to pay for a coffee in the common area. Kitchenette in room a big plus for us. Bed was comfortable and high enough off the floor. Being close to tram and bus to get anywhere in town as well as close to train station, is a major benefit of this location. Good value for the price.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location. The gentlemen on the lobby were exceptionally friendly and readily available to assist us with any inquiries we may have had. Despite the ongoing remodeling efforts, we remained thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a remarkable value for money. On a separate note, my daughter inadvertently left her Apple Watch behind. We contacted the hotel, and they promptly retrieved the watch for our collection.

We recently stayed at this hotel, which was more of an apartment-style accommodation (as advertised). Overall, it was an okay experience, but there were some drawbacks. The main downside was the lack of room service throughout our stay, which made it feel less convenient than a typical hotel. Additionally, the beds were not particularly comfortable, which impacted our overall comfort. On the positive side, the location was excellent—very walkable to major attractions, which saved us time and hassle. We arrived with a car, and while parking was manageable, being in a busy area made it slightly challenging at times. If you're looking for a central location and are okay with a no-frills experience, this could work, but it's not the place if you're expecting hotel-like services or luxurious comfort.

Great place to stay, though a little outside the center of the action. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the room was quite spacious and even had a balcony. Visited during holiday season and they even had mulled wine in the lobby - nice touch!

The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby.

Good, comfortable hotel in an excellent location, very close to Strasbourg's main train station and to the main touristic, historic area. Rooms are spacious and clean, they are equipped with kitchenette, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, besides TV and Air Conditioning (keep that in mind for stays during Summer). Friendly, attentive and helpful staff, they provided their assistance whenever it was needed with a professional attitude.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, it was a bit more of a motel vibe. Kitchen did come fully equipped, and the reception/ lounging area was quite nice. Overall it’s an ok hotel, just think the pictures don’t really reflect the space.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the WiFi worked really well. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived very early on the day we checked in. The hotel was also quite close to the station which was convenient. Would recommend this hotel.

They left my room window open with no screen so a lot of flies entered. Also they left the back door of the building open which allowed more flies inside and is also not safe for potential intruders. The walls had cracked paint and the room smelled bad. A twinkle experience.

Good hotel with everything that you need. Very useful kitchenette which comes with pots and pans, cutlery, chopping boards and everything you need. Great location in close proximity to Petite France and the rest of the town centre. Also within a short walk of the train station and a tram stop which takes you to Place d’Island. We found staff were polite and always on hand to help with queries.

Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the old city and close to supermarkets. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had a kitchenette, coffee machine, small fridge with freezer and a balcony.

Amazing value as we had an entire apartment with a small kitchenette and lounge area. It is perfectly situated at the edge of Petite France, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Also great for cycling around the city.

Good for what it is. The location was 10-minutes away from Petite France and the cafes area. It provided variety of services. Studios we booked didn’t not have room cleaning service, showers are TINY, and kitchenettes are small you barely can cook. We liked the balcony area every room had, and we appreciated the ground floor rooms more.
