We have stayed with you a number of times over the last 25 years. Also eaten in the Brasserie more often. The room was a little tired didn’t feel the treat I remembered. The staff were fabulous as always. Think some corners are being cut such a shame. We will come again

The room was excellent. Clean , warm and comfortable all round.

Excellent staff and Brasserie. Public areas could do with a refresh in some areas. Pillows need replacing. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful with suggestions of walks etc in the area.
