The Yorkshire Unicorn

We had a fab stay, the room was simple but luxury. The location was perfect. We experienced power cut and received regular updates and apologies even tho this was out of the owners control and a lot of area was affected by this. The owner even sent a refund to compensate for this which we was blown away by their generosity. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. Little detail go a long way and they exceeded this. Quality linen and furnishings and easy check in. Location right in the heart of Skipton.

We have stayed here before because it is delightful and so centrally situated for the whole of the town and for the railway station. Room very comfortable and well equipped with drinks and snacks

Good location. Clear instructions on how to check in.

Room way to hot and windows dont open. Big hair in the sweet box. Tv hardly had any channels. It needs a shampoo dispenser fitting in the shower. Massive gap in bottom of fire door letting in light when people walked past on the landing. Didn't notice any fire extinguishers in the hallway. The shower room looked half finished with wet wall panels only covering 2/3 of the room.
