The staff are lovely and happy to help and great with my little girl. We brought 2 bikes with us that we could easily store. The singer on Saturday night was a bonus 😃 we ate at Sorella’s Saturday night as well, great Italian nearby!
Pool area could be a bit cleaner- like under the mats and the grid near the children’s pool was broken and had dirty water that my little girl could put her hand in.

Great choice for breakfast and good location, right next to the canal.
Room needed a bit of work i felt. Windows were misted up which prevented you enjoying the view. One of the windows would not close. The sofa was tatty and I think a throw would have given it a better look as you came into the room.
The view of the bins was not good, not quite superior room I didn't feel, but still enjoyed our stay.
