Hosts were 1st class. Tea and cakes to welcome us and lovely locally sourced breakfast. Lots of books about the area to browse and hosts knowledgeable about the area. Very handy for local facilities.
The room was a bit small and the private bathroom along the landing, not en-suite. We were fairly late booking though.

Beautiful B&B located a short walk to Grassington. Lynette and Dave were both super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and so were the complimentary homemade cake and flapjack biscuits. The room was perfect for our 2 night stay. We loved all the little touches which made the accommodation feel so warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived we had a smile on our face with the welcome sign by the front door and this continued inside with all the little quotes, pictures and decorations. It was obvious how much care, time and attention is put in to making it such a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thank you Lynette and Dave.
