Breakfast was fab, lovely pub, good beers and food, dog friendly and in the bedrooms as well if you’re staying
We were in room 1, the little saniflow pump on the toilet was very noisy so don’t flush during the night

Perfect location, lovely breakfast and friendly host.
Not for anyone with reduced mobility, as there are steep steps to rooms.

Staff were friendly & our evening meal was nice
Very basic, lots of stairs, no good for people who struggle with walking etc. Very poor lighting in the room , 2 ceiling lights very dim & 1 bedside lamp between the double & single, the switch was behind the single bed, so we had to get out of bed to switch it off .
We had tea,coffee etc in the room but could fill the kettle using the bathroom tap, we had use one of the mugs to fill it.
