I needed to get an early check-in and it was easy to arrange. The room was lovely, the location perfect.

We changed room cos we didn’t have a en- suite the lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and she changed our room straight away

Great location. Warm room. Super shower
Check in process was complex. I had to phone the help line twice. Room is tired and I was a little concerned over the safety of electrical extension cables. Bin way to small. Curtains hanging off. Tiny bathroom.
