Location was great; room was compact but well equipped (fridge not mentioned, but v useful); nice to have a downstairs lounge if needed
Getting in was harder than it needed to be - why not send instructions beforehand?

Great location and on site parking
Very difficult to access the property. Not clear whatsoever. No-one answered the ring door bell. Finally managed to get through to someone on the phone for instructions.
Stayed in the “luxury suite”. Probably better just being called the suite.
Some of the walls were marked, carpet upstairs stained in places. Disappointed that it lacked “luxury” and a bit of love and attention.
Tiny sofa. Made it uncomfortable to sit and watch tv after a long walk.
Was ok for one night.

Brilliant location right on the edge of the village. Several high quality pubs / restaurants within a few minutes walk. Nice period house - looks like it was once possibly a police station?
Our room was pretty tired decor-wise. The dash window couldn’t be locked, and there were dogs very nearby that started barking just after the crack of dawn (5:30). I love dogs but not making a racket right outside the window at that early hour thanks.
