The staff were really friendly and the food was lovely.
The room was so unlean. There were cobwebs on the light and the curtain pole. The dust on the skirting boards and the wardrobe was bad, the carpet was dirty. There was so much mould in the bathroom and around the window. It was so bad in the bathroom, huge patch's of it as the extractor fan was so clogged up it wasn't working so there is no ventilation. It generally felt so unclean.

The staff were helpful. Breakfast was lovely.
The grouse bedroom. It had cobwebs everywhere, plumbing was noisy, it was very dated and the extensions leads were a trip hazard. No plugs next to bed. Banged my head 3 times on the pull out tv. The fish meal meal was terrible. Probably one of the worse one I've had. It was like mush.
