Our room was over the top! It was a suite at the top of the old castle tower with views of the harbor, city and lake.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic position with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite being right on the lake's edge the hotel was quiet at night with a tranquil garden and pool area.

Access to the room was way upstairs. The elevator doesn’t go to their 4th floor -looked like the cleaning storage area… We only had contact with receptionists. My car was opened and the property that I had inside was stolen while parked in the property’s parking overnight. The subway is near and it seems not to be uncommon for thieves to be in the area. The property have security cameras and they were able to see the thief on the video. I ended up spending my day at the police station.

The location is great, the chateau is beautiful but we had the bad luck to be sent upstairs (no elevator after the 3rd floor!) to a small room. Not sure those are the rooms as signed to Expedia members…

The “tower” rooms are spacious and with spectacular views. Location is central and close to the subway / tram to take you to the old town.

If you have many suitcases, don’t expect any assistance from Reception. Also, the rooms are small, so you’ll have to plan where and when to open them. Finally, the Buffet Breakfast is average and not worth the CHF 39 per person.

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station

This hotel is in the heart of it all in Lausanne, right on the lake, close to the Olympic Museum. So what comes with the territory is it feels cramped and noisy. With the public transportation being as good as it is in Lausanne, I would prefer the next time staying farther away from the hustle and bustle. Parking at this hotel is a pain --- even if you purchase parking, the number of spots is limited.

I had the pleasure of staying in the tower suite, which has absolutely gorgeous 180° views over the lake of Geneva. The room is very nicely fitted and the bed is an absolute heaven! Unfortunately, I didn't try the restaurant, but the menu looked very tempting. Highly recommend it!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of the city on the edge of the lake. Perfect location for easy access to everything . The room was clean and tidy as was the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area, although small, was a beautiful spot to relax and swim. We did not eat at the hotel as we felt it was very expensive, but we knew this would be the case in the area. There were plenty of local restaurants to chose from. We loved our stay.

This was an amazing hotel in a beautiful location. We were here for a couple of days at the start of a longer European journey. This was the first stop after getting off a morning flight to Geneva. After we arrived by train from the airport, we arrived at the hotel early, so they took our bags and gave us some ideas on what to do that day. Our top things were the vineyard hike and the castle in Montreax. We received our complimentary pass and off for the day. When we returned later that evening, we received our keys and headed to the room. And wow!!! We had a lovely room with a balcony and an amazing view of Lac Lemon with mountains in the background. This was everything my girlfriend wanted for the experience. The slippers and robe were a great touch as well as the mini-bar being free with some orange juice, soda, water and Heineken. There is a nice outdoor pool and my girlfriend lover the sauna. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a 3 hour dinner in style. Lausanne is not a big town and the hotel is in the best part of the town. Directly on the lake and just a few steps away from the free tram that takes you up the hill to the "old town", maybe a 5 minute trip. The hotel is definitely a 4 or 5 star accommodation. The building is unique and historical but renovated to feel like a new facility. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable for European standards. Breakfast was great, we did not have dinner at the hotel. Stayed in 2 rooms, 2 nights with day trips to Bern and Luzerne. My wife did have a very minor exchange 1 morning when asking the reception where the closest church was and the woman responded that they can not discuss religion. So that was a bit petty and weird.

The hotel is elegant and perfectly maintained. Location is perfect for exploring the lake shore, visiting the Olympic Museum or riding the tram up the hill to the train station or to the Old Town. A unique hotel with a welcoming staff, not to be missed.

The property is lovely, however the upgraded room was not. It was small, crowded and poorly lighted. Only 2 small led lights in bath, one over tub and one over sink. Putting on makeup was almost impossible.Shower was in tub with very high sides. Husband 6’2” and had a hard time getting out of tub. Duvet was folded very weirdly and bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were charged extra 50 CHF in order to check in early, not worth 1 CHF.

Quite disappointed in the attitude of staff. This is an expensive hotel. We had spent 5 hours in Switzerland when we found out our house was flooded and had to return as my elderly mother was there alone. Understand that the hotel was non refundable but we asked if they would provide breakfast in the morning so we could quickly get to the airport and they refused. Would a coffee and croissant have hurt them that much when they had a room they could resell for 2 nights or at the least not turnover. They might have been right in terms of the contract but did they do the right thing? Absolutley not.
