All Staff that we encountered were wonderful and very very helpful, the hotel was lovely.

Room could and should have two bed side lockers as there was no place for second person to place a drink phone etc I also on two occasions requested an Iron and board to my room. They never arrived which was dissappointing.

The highlight is the restaurant

It's a beautiful Palace outside and inside. It's a pleasure walking around this impressive building in the centre of Lausanne. The rooms are large. The highlight of the hotel is in fact the 2 starred Michelin restaurant with chef Franck Pelux. An unforgettable experience!

Worth visiting

Location, cleanliness, staff so warm and helpful.. The hotel itself gives the sense of royalty. Also, the view from our room on the 5th floor was amazing... Food for the soul 😍

Although we informed the team that we werr arriving early, the room was not ready until almost 4pm. (Check-in starts at 3pm!)

Lovely traditional hotel in a beautiful city with attentive staff

Staff were lovely, we were left petals on our bed and dipped strawberries as it was our honeymoon. The room was clean and large with a great coffee machine for the morning. The free mini bar was great and the location was perfect for us as it was less than 10 minutes to walk to the station. Our stay was short so we didn’t get to make full use of the facilities.

Our curtain in our room was slightly broken and didn’t full pull across meaning some light got through from street lights making it more difficult to sleep (I’m a light sleeper and sensitive to light). The plugs in the room were slightly old and didn’t fit well with our UK adaptors). The pillows were also very soft and flat, this would have been sorted by the staff but we realised late in the night and were only staying a night. These were minor things that didn’t impact our stay a lot.

To short ramp for wheelchair and going in like luggages becouse main entrance has steps . Lobby full of steps . Impossible to reach the spa and pool steps all over . Only on foto I see that beatiful pool even I can swim im in wheelchair cannot get there .

Lovely hotel spoiled by inconsiderate neighbours

Views were amazing and swimming pool lovely.

The check in process was very amateur. Room next door had party with music on their balcony until 1am. Hotel sorted it after 2 phone calls. But completely ruined my stay.

Palace is a gem but book services in advance if you want to enjoy it fully

Spacious. Traditional. Good quality and clean.

Wanted to Swim and pool was fully occupied by grumpy geriatrics doing some class. I appreciate that you need to balance this regular income flow but somewhere I felt hotel guest came out second best. Equally the spa was fully booked so no opportunity to have a massage that I could have really appreciated given the fatigue of travel and work.

Pleasing night in the hotel

The lake view from the room. The size of the room. The spa is beautiful. Staff is gentle. You can go to the spa after checkout. Checkout is at 12h00. Drinks in the room is free (water, cola, beer, coffee,...)

Amazing hotel with the most amazing staff

It’s not our first time in the hotel but it’s our first time as a family. It’s always such a fantastic experience to stay here while enjoying this beautiful city! The staff makes you feel at home and the premises are really fantastic. We’re looking forward to visiting again!

Lovely, historic building with a lot of character. Great location, comfortable rooms and nice spa

pool and spa area were very nice and clean; staff were great; close to restaurants, shopping, the cathedral, metro stop

Breakfast buffet was quiet expensive.... Maybe worth the money if you are very hungry and take advantage of the buffet, but there was no option for a small a la carte breakfast. 49 CHF is a lot if you just want a coffee and an egg or something small.
