Great location & delicious breakfast

Location close to Lake Geneva, IMD, the Olympic Museum, and the Ouchy Metro station. Easy to reach by car. Room was quiet. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and is delicious. An affordable public parking garage is just across the street if hotel parking is not available.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Hotel was older and it was looking a little tired around the room, for instance, the bathroom was dated. It was by no means cheap daily rate and should have been more modern. Relying on location for high prices. We had to use parking across the road and hotel staff didn’t tell us we would get a discount there as hotel guests. Found out on last day from car park people. Would have saved us a lot of money to know that.

Ok for the weekend or a business trip.

Great location near the lake and Ouchy district. Clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. We slept well. We had a “lake view” room, but on the second floor you mostly see trees and the street. Ask for a room on top floors.

It could do with a bit of refreshment. Building is very ugly on the outside, but that’s fine. Bathrooms however could be modernized as they are clearly from the 1980s. Hotel was full as it was the Lausanne Marathon weekend and service was stretched.

Excellent

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location with easy access to Lake Geneva, The Olympic museum and Metro station for free journeys around Lausanne. You get a free pass from the hotel. We also went across to Evian with discount on the ferry from the pass. Absolutely gem of a hotel. Special mention of Eli who was ever so helpful and made the check in a good experience. I would definitely be back . Shout out also to Bilali. All the staff we met were exceptional. Five star

I also stay at the Mövenpick in Melbourne, so I am used to their service - all excellent. In Lausanne it is down close to the lake and less than 5 minutes to the Metro or a bus.

Cosy hotel next to the Geneva Lake

Excellent price for good quality. The hotel is located next to the Lake of Geneva. We had a comfortable room with a nice view. The room was well equipped and clean. The hotel has a parking garage if you come by car. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can buy a wide variety of tasty Mövenpick ice cream next to the reception. I really liked the fitness area which is huge with a lot of high-quality devices.

I think, it is very common in Switzerland because I was confronted with it also in other hotels from the country, but I don't like the fact that I couldn't go to the sauna with my spouse because they separate the parts for ladies and men.

The best option for IMD-ers

The best option If you are in lausanne for IMD course. Few steps to IMD campus. The room is small and basic but more than enough. The breakfast buffet is European with good variety.

Good location, parking under the hotel, big room.

The bathroom has an 80s vibe, water pressure in the shower was very low. The breakfast was mediocre. The parking is way too expensive (38 CHF per night).

Location and size with the view of the room. Also the hospitality of the staffs at Front Desk except the 1st person who check me in.

The communication from the first check-in staff member could be improved to provide a more welcoming experience. When I inquired about my consecutive booking, rather than acknowledging my question, he interrupted me, instructing me to wait until he finished his process. As someone who also works in hospitality, I believe a better approach would be to acknowledge guest questions promptly, answer politely, and remain flexible when assisting guests. This would enhance the overall service experience and create a more positive impression.

the staff if very helpful and kind, hotel location is next to the lake which is very nice, less than 1min walk you have the Ouchy Port , the Metro and the Bus line, which is very Conveniunt to go everywhere. just on the night when Luna Park has event or concert then it is a bit noisy for the lake view room.

the breakfast is very rich, but it would be better to seprate the FIT breakfast and the Group breakfast

Good location next to the marina, very close to the tram taking you to the old city and walking distance from the Olympic Museum. The hotel is modern and comfortable.

Parking availability is limited and the garage, not owned by the hotel, cramped. Breakfast good but expensive, although this is true for everything in Switzerland.

Great location, very hospitable staff, spacious and well equipped rooms.

The location is premium at the heart of the gorgeous Ouchy promenade, with metro and Migros next door. The latter saves lots of cash on food. (Dining is uniformly expensive across Lausanne, so the restaurants are for tourists only.) The rooms are spacious, well equipped and cleaned on a daily basis by default. (No need to chase the admin!) The beds are wide and provide a good support (to my troubled back).

I would have loved an AC (though the rooms are naturally cool in the evening). And a faster WiFi. Neither critical to my decision to come back.

Good location, very close to Ouchy Olympique metro station and the lake. Room is good size and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Overall it's good value.
