It is a beautiful hotel, in a lovely location. Not very family friendly, particularly for children's meals.

It is a beautiful hotel with old architecture. The pool and spa facilities are great. The location is beautiful next to the lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is very expensive for the type of room we got. The breakfast menu is confusing and was not explained to us very well. The breakfast is definitely over priced for what you get. The drinks and room service prices are very over priced. There were no family friendly restaurant options in the hotel which meant we had to go out for dinner both nights.

I will never come here ! Room view!

Nice design, food, swimming pool, spa.

We paid €754 for a room with a garden view, but we were given one facing a building. This is nothing but deception and fraud: on Booking it was clearly stated “garden view.” Charging the same price for completely different conditions is scandalous and absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist, Jean-Charles, behaved arrogantly and rudely — a disgrace for a hotel claiming to be five-star. The next day, the manager, informed of the situation, showed no reaction at all: no apology, no compensation, no sign of respect for the guests. Even worse, we were charged 55 CHF for a dog, while the provided dog bed was dirty, stained, with suspicious brown marks. This is intolerable and humiliating for guests. This stay was a complete discredit to the hotel. I intend to file an official complaint and demand compensation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing ! Would love to visit again !

I loved the spa and the hotel was beautiful ! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my experience at the Japanese restaurant of the hotel also and the manager was very kind to recommend me excellent dishes ! I do one night stays in 5 star hotels in Switzerland relatively often, unlike others I stayed in this one allowed me to enjoy the spa through the day even after my check out, I really appreciated this !

The only slight flaw was that I expected a larger variety or food in the buffet at the breakfast, e.g smoked salmon (there was a type of salmon filet but I always enjoy a good classic smoked salmon) , I have seen better varieties and ingredients at other similar level hotels in Switzerland

Prettiest hotel in a lovely quiet location. Perfect for a little recoup.

Facilities, the spa (Polynesian massage was lovely) and room were gorgeous. So clean and peaceful. Love the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. Bedroom was spacious. Service was very nice. Enjoyed the ice room in the spa too. Love the sparrows and the breakfast choice.

A few times I asked for tap water and they charged me 7CHF for a bottle. A little annoying. When I told them, the lady said she would have to check whether this is the case with the waitress - which felt a little accusatory and they didn’t come back to me about it. The kitchen doesn’t have nutritional info for the meals (like calories and macros). This would be helpful for the health conscious. The gym has decent equipment but could be a little better equipped/spacious on the weight side - more legs machines/squat rack, space for lunges etc. A Peloton would be amazing. But overall it was a nice space.
