An absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Savoy Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice and very high standards. However, the highlight for me was the spa and the overall range of amenities. The facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind,
The air conditioning in the bedrooms can be improved.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the staff, the resturant, the spa,, the massages were out of this world and we are very excited to return in the near future.

It is a nice hotel with a historic building. That is all.
Inside the room, you can not find the "must" items like a hygiene bag or a shaving kit, a toothbrush, etc. How can a 5-star hotel with extreme prices not fill the bathroom and also the minibar with regular items?
