We really loved our stay. Everything was smooth from the moment we arrived. The parking was very convenient, with EV charging available and valet service, and our luggage was taken directly to the room.
The staff were extremely helpful and every question was quickly answered either by phone or at reception. The view from the room was amazing, breakfast was excellent and we also really enjoyed the restaurants connected to the hotel.
The location is fantastic.
Nothing. We had a really great experience. We would definitely recommend Hôtel de la Paix and would happily come back.

We only overnighted but will go back sometime and stay in Lausanne for a few days.

Staff was helpful.
No coffee machine in the room. Asked: they don't have any. Only Nescafe.
Towels provided were sufficient for one guest. There were two of us. We had to chase housekeeping for more.
Restaurant food was mediocre at best.
Porter was good but spoke only Italian.
