The view from Vila Bisera is stunning. The breakfast was lovely and always fresh. The breakfast room was also lovely to sit in with the same stunning views of Lake Ohrid as we had from our room. The staff both on both reception and at breakfast were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Betty in particular was a favourite with our children, driving them up to our room on the golf buggy. They were big fans!
Nothing it was perfect.

The view was nice. The bed was comfortable.
The number of stairs - a hundred up to our room!
Bathroom lighting was too dark. Jacuzzi bathtub was approx. 4 feet by 6 feet and would have taken all night to fill!
Pillows were too flat.
Only English television channel was Bloomberg, and no one watches that!

Pool area outside was nice. Pool nr 2 and 3 was really nice and we was enjoying outside area.
The room was not valued for the money at all. To small and to dark. Was not clean and small windows. At the bathroom there was not basic things, for example- hair balsam, opportunity for charging example toothbrush, using electric hairbrush. Not even one chair and to small room.
