Excellent location and very beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were warm and cozy and the staff is very friendly.

The spa had not met the expectations, the water of the tubs-jacuzzi is shared with the pool and is cold.

Stay for the views and room. Eat elsewhere

The room was clean, the balcony overlooked the lake. We left doors open for breezes and sounds of the lake. Easy parking

The food was terrible. Dinner is a buffet and we only did it once. Very basic and unappetizing. The dining room looks like a retirement home dining room. The breakfast was better but questionable quality. We went out for most of our meals. The beach is a good walk down crumbling steps. Not part of hotel. Rocky beach, need water shoes. Has a small bar. Chair rental was cheap. Staff are borderline helpful.

The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the view from the terrace to the lake and trees while eating. The options were good (it had halal and non halal abbreviations). The sauna with a view was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the hamam

We have arrived a lil later than 3 pm and ordered lunch - didn’t really like it. The facilities were a little outdated and sauna wasn’t hot the next day. You have to pay for the facilities at the beach. Also would have been nice to have extra towels for the beach.

Location, far from the beach, we need to pay for sun-beds, limited food at the beach because it doesn’t belong to hotel, hotel staff don’t have any knowledge about beach, no snack bar in the hotel, lunch options were terrible, all food in the breakfast were not fresh, they kept even tomatoes couple of days

Could’ve been better.

Perfect location, great pine trees with the lake view.

Hygiene was scandalous! The recepcionist told us the room is ready, once we entered our room it was very filthy. The trash bins were full. Bathroom was very messy, toilet letters, empty shampoo bottles thrown everywhere, hair too. 🤢 the beds were very filthy with crumbs and hairs. We stayed for 5 days and the cleaning team came only ONCE! They only changed our trash cans and didn’t do anything else. We stayed 5 days in filth, such a pitty, I couldn’t wait to go back home to clean ourselves properly. Sad to see a beautiful hotel to have these problems. Sadly the breakfast was poor too… This hotel deserves a better management.

We will defiantly return to Inex for our next stay. Our lake view was breath taking, the staff were super friendly

The property is perfectly located. It took us 5-10 minutes in a taxi to get to the busy centre of Ohrid. We found that the Hotel was our calm after being in the center for the day. The beach below the hotel was clean, inviting and has a little bar. The staff at Inex went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Nothing we asked was too difficult or a big deal they were happy to help!

I reserved king room but they gave me room in -1. Old facility, old stuff, bathromm wasn't clean enough. Spa is not working. Please just don't stay there are better altenatives in in city center

Perfect stay in Ohrid

I was one of the very few people who were staying in the hotel in Nov 2022 which meant that the staff were very dedicated. Would love to come back in season

Is accessible better with a car. It is a little far from the city center. But since I was driving, this was not an issue for me.
