A quiet and peaceful place

Nice to look at but not the place to choose!

The garden looks lovely but cannot be enjoyed by families with children, the pool looks nice but is only for quiet swimming and the availability of using the landlines for calling taxis.

Owners didn't allow children to play on the grass, they turned the sprinklers on as soon as the children began to swing or play catch. The owners complained about the children being loud at 4pm during the day despite the fact it was only 1 day of 12 that we spent MOST of the day at the premises. The pool, when children played and had fun for 3 out of 12 days at the premises, the owners complained about noise. They even closed the pool by 4.30 pm, we were unable to use it anymore and were forced to go to a friend's hotel to use their pool instead of where we had paid to be. The breakfast was not worth waking up for even though if you miss it there was no other food available throughout the day, so as we did, you have to go out to other hotels that have restaurants, pools and beach areas. All the other hotels are quite far, thus a considerable cab journey. You would do better to book into any of the other hotels, i.e. Bellevue, Metropol, Granit, Tino or Inex. Lastly, I felt held to ransom by the owners because we booked with booking.com we were told to pay at property....the owners asked for cash and would not accept card payment. Each day, for 7 days, I had to take the maximum allowance from the cash point and pay commission for each withdrawal to be able to pay the owners the cash to cover the whole booking. This is clearly unreasonable and has made me complicit in their tax evasion. When I requested a receipt for my payment, I was given a printout of the booking confirmation from booking.com reservations page. It's lucky we spent 9 of 12 days at other places because if we spent everyday at this premises our entire holiday would have been ruined.

Very nice apartment as well as garden and pool area. Great that there were bikes available with cheap rental rate.

Blago (owner) is super kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean, the garden is amazing, the dogs and cats are friendly. Swimming pool is OK.

The only weak point, is that it is 20 minutes walking from the center. But by bike for example is just 6/7 minutes.

The place was very peaceful, the pool place was excellent.

We paid for a room with a lake or pool view, air-conditioned and parking. But the view wasn't it, even though we paid too much air-conditioner was an extra 3eur from a day, and the parking place was on the street with no parking place marked.

I am definitely planning to visit this place again

This place is certainly one of the most unique places in Ohrid. There are an exeptional garden and the pool which make the accomodation a relaxing place . The breakfast was excellent, there were alaways fresh fruit and vegetables. I must mention the rooms which extra clean and wide.Owners are very helpful with information and hospitality.Quiet place if you want to escape from city and enjoy the beauty of the nature. I definitely reccomend this place.

very friendly owner the garden and outer space by the pool was really relaxing and beautiful free safe parking

the air condition was out of order (room in the attic was really hot even using the fan .. the groundfloor rooms were more cool) there were no soap or shampoo in the bathroom the breakfast was basic but not bad the wifi many times was very slow making impossible browsing (many users at the same time) no flyscreens on the windows so some flying insects might enter the room the vacuum fan in the bathroom was really noisy the balcony (just a separate space not outer balcony)was too small and the window had to be supported in order to stay open.

Did not get the appartment I booked. Where it should be notec that a good alternative (smaller) was proposed against a reduced price. Also I do not understand why the invoice should ne paid in cash. Nowadays a payment via cards is pretty common.

I liked everything, the owners, the pool, the garden, the environment, the location. Its my favorite place in Ohrid and will come back for sure. I have zero complaints, I only feel sorry that we didn't stay longer. The place is so green, relaxing and peaceful.

The place is gorgeous

The host just care about your money, it’s a shame. Plus the equipments are bad (we didn’t event have salt and pepper), the beds are separated and you can’t have dark at night, not even close! We hated this place and the especially the people in charge (who welcomed us drunk…), don’t go there.

Green Summer Oasis

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Oaza Inn! We had 4 kids in our group and they loved the huge yard and garden and of course the big pool. The place is clean and well-maintained, the apartments are cool even in the summer with the AC off, the owners are kind and helpful, and their 3 dogs are adorable. It’s about 5mins ride to the town center and the lake so it’s not a big deal, we liked being a bit away with more space and peace.

Amazing place, amazing value for money!

We had such a great time, the owners are super nice and we loved their friendly dogs, the pool is super amazing and the outdoor kitchen super cool to cook and stay safe in the pandemic. We would definitely return one day. Thank you for the great hospitality Bruno, Beka & Zana❤️

On the positive side: beds and towels were clean (at least looked so) and there was enough toilet paper and soap in the bathroom..

Way more negative then positive sides.. Definitely not like presented on pics, air conditioning was not working, there was an issue with electricity as well, being off and on, one broken dirty heater, then another who smelled bad but at least worked.. water that went brownish and smelled awkward(probably as not used long), swimming pool drained out, TV with 3local channels, wifi signal pretry unstable, ill mutual kitchen, frogs could be heard loudly whole night..

Hyggeligt sted lidt udenfor byen. Man kan leje cykler, så det er ingen problem at det ikke ligger i centrum. Skøn pool og virkelig flinke og hjælpsomme ejere og personale. Morgenmaden er simpel, men lækker.

Heerlijke plek met zwembad

Fijne ligging net buiten Ohrid, maar toch dichtbij. De eigenaren zijn op leeftijd maar nog erg kwiek en bijzonder gastvrij. Je kan hier echt even tot rust komen en toch gemakkelijk de omgeving bekijken. Het zwembad en de ruime tuin zijn fantastisch en voor allerlei activiteiten geschikt.

De inrichting van het appartement was wat gedateerd en hier en daar is wat onderhoud nodig. Aan de ramen en deuren bijvoorbeeld.

Hou je van ruimte en rust dan zit je hier goed.

Buitenruimte en zwembad helemaal top. Wat een zee van ruimte! De eigenaren zijn 75+ en proberen het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Ik mocht de wasmachine gebruiken om te wassen.

Iets verder van de stad, half uur lopen of een taxi van 300 Dinar nemen. De kamer was compleet maar een beetje gedateerd. Wifi was slecht.

Fijne appartementen op een rustige locatie

De accommodatie is kleinschalig en heerlijk rustig, met een fijn zwembad in een groene omgeving. Ons appartement was schoon, en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. De sfeer is relaxed, met een vriendelijke eigenaar die ook een beetje Nederlands spreekt.

De kamers zijn erg gehorig, 's nachts konden we onze luidruchtige buren bijna letterlijk verstaan. We mochten ons verblijf alleen cash betalen, wat vrij raar is anno 2025...

Wunderschön und traumhaft zum entspannen.

Alles ist perfekt. Eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich sehr wohl dabei. Der Gastgeber Blago hilft bei jeder Frage. Einfach nur toll und schön. Wir waren für ein Tag in der Unterkunft es war perfekt. Sehr sauber, Parkplatz und der tolle Pool. Zentrum ist in 5 min erreichbar sehr schnell. Man kann auch Fahrrad ausleihen perfekt für einfach. Ich kann kann Oaza Inn jeden empfehlen. Super schön!!😊😊😊

Hyggeligt og behageligt guesthouse med hjemlig følelse og med børnevenlig pool.

Rent, pænt og roligt. Den lille pool var skøn på de varme dage og man havde udsigt til flotte bjerge. Venlige mennesker, der kørte os til bussen.

Der var lidt langt at gå ind til byen, 30 minutter hver vej.

Het zwembad is voortreffelijk

Het ontbijt is voor €7.00 pp ver onder de maat. Kamers zijn schoon. Maar verouderd. Er is geen airco maar een centraal systeem wat niet op temperatuur gezet kan worden, alleen aan en uit. Er werd gezegd de deuren ‘s avonds open te zetten als de temperatuur daalt. Slechte nachten gehad door blaffende honden gedurende de nacht en benauwde kamers. Jacuzzi werkt niet ligt onder een zeil. Stroom viel uit en erg gehorige kamers. Als klap op de vuurpijl moesten we ‘s avonds nog 30.000 Din gaan pinnen want kon absoluut niet per bank! Wij hadden niet gelezen dat we contant moesten afrekenen, maar toch dat is niet van deze tijd(Wij reizen veel naar nog nooit meegemaakt). Voor ons geen aanrader!
