Oaza Inn

We stayed at Oaza Inn as a family with children and had a wonderful experience. What makes this place special is not only the beautiful garden, swimming pool and peaceful surroundings, but above all the atmosphere created by the owners, Blago and Jadranka. They are genuinely warm, kind and helpful people who make you feel more like a guest in their home than a customer in a hotel. The communication with them was excellent throughout our stay. They were always happy to help, give advice about Ohrid and the surrounding area, or simply have a conversation. I especially enjoyed talking with Blago about Macedonia and the history of Yugoslavia. It was one of those unexpected conversations that makes a holiday much more memorable. For a family with children, Oaza Inn is a great place to relax after a day of exploring Ohrid. The garden gives children plenty of space, while the pool is perfect for cooling down. The surroundings are quiet and allow you to escape the busy atmosphere of the city, while Ohrid itself is still easily accessible by taxi or bicycle. Our room was comfortable and clean - everything felt simple, genuine and well looked after — exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the great conversations and for making us feel so welcome. We hope this was not our last visit to Oaza Inn — we would be very happy to come back one day.

Bij het hotel een fijne tuin en mooi zwembad. Het appartement is heerlijk ruim met eigen keuken. Met de taxi is Ohrid goed te bereiken. Verderop het pad omhoog wel een leuke wijn proeverij.

Bij het appartement zit geen ontbijt maar wel kookgelegenheid. Maar de winkels zijn lopende wat ver voor boodschappen en het hotel heeft geen restaurant. Ook niet in de directe omgeving is veel te vinden.De locatie was wel rustig maar wat verder van ohrid. (Gelukkig kost een taxi rond 5,- euro).
