Nice hotel in very nice position on Ohrid lake very close to the city centrum.

The hotel is situated in a very good position close to the citycentre and right on the shore of the lake with a wonderful view. The personnel is incredibly friendly. The food was ok.

The hotel would need a bit of refreshment. The rooms and especially the bathroom are rather small.

I liked the breakfast service, the kindness of the staff, especially the middle-aged man on the reception. The side-view of the lake from our room was great.

The internet was very slow, often non-existent. I would have appreciated courtesy room slippers for guests. Not enough sockets in our apartment. Squeaky door.

Not for me

My first time in Ohrid and I didn't know that the hotel is on a party street. Having a lake view sounded good but it meant I was facing that party - not great for sleep until well after 03:00. The hotel might be fine for some but not for me.

City of Ohrid is a beautiful place with friendly folks and lots to see/do

Location of property is exceptional, lake view is marvelous, plenty of walking space and destinations, all in a close proximity, lake right across the hotel

Room is small, no desk/chair in room, terrace is limited, parking was congested (had to move my car around twice and also wait for cars to be moved when going for a drive)

Location is very very good, on the Lake and close to the center. Breakfast is good and big. Staff are excellent, especially young lady on reception.

Excellent overnight stay in Ohrid

The hotel is directly at the lake in the city centre, restaurants etc. in the proximity, very cosy and inviting. Seems to be a refurbished older property. We had our rooms oriented to the courtyard, so no view to the lake, no problem for us. The personnel very kind and helpful. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast - which was interesting and as we like to explore things, the out of the ordinary was enjoyed. You have to order from about 10 options the day before, what you would like. I had veal stew - excellent. We also got parking in the backyard. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

The backyard view is not the nicest, but this is common in the Balkans, you just have to get used to it. The lighting is somewhat strangely arranged - if you want the nice and atmospheric backlight behind the TV screen on, a small reading light, shining in cold white above the table next to the bed, is on as well and can't be turned off separately.

Great family experience… Gordana was the Cherry on the cake !!

From check in to check out , Gordana the Receptionist was so bubbly, hospitable, kind, positive and professional! simple needs that i needed with my baby she was able to guide me and get the task done efficiently! We cant expect for everything to be perfect- as we are visiting , it is not our home - however Gordana made me feel like at home with my 10 month old and 5 year old and husband.

As the hotel is in an open great location , our rooms did get quite warm and stuffy- other than that no massive issues. some things did arise however through positive communication our demands we met.

It’s a good place to stay.

It was a great location with a great view within walking distance to the old town. The room was simple but clean. There are a lot of restaurants around the facility.

The wifi didn’t work very well in the room. Part of the staff wasn’t very friendly.

Not happy at all! Wouldn’t go there at all

It was strange you had to order your breakfast the night before, 3-4 choices! But the fruit parfait was good.

We asked for baby cradle. It was in the room when we checked in but the baby cradle was so dirty, yellow stains…and we asked for other one. We went out for 3-4 hours when we got back in the room they didn’t bring new one so we had to call and go to the receptionist to ask for new one. The “new” one was the same but they tried to clean unsuccessfully the yellow marks. The cradle was dirty and wet!!! ! When I went downstairs at the reception apparently the owner was there arguing with me that cradle was brand new…I told her the cradle is not new, it is with yellow stains and wet because they tried to clean it and should be ashamed for giving dirty baby cradles like this!!!! In addition we found yellow stains on the linnen they told is is washed don’t worry !! Really! Very dirty I wouldn’t go there again and I suggest for all of you that plan to go to find other hotel!!!

The location is really nice, direct view of the lake. The staff is really nice.

The restaurant in the hotel didn’t work at the time, but this is normal having in mind that I visit outside the season. The bar was working and you can have breakfast.

no parking. We spent a lot of time looking for a parking spot in the area. It was also a little bit overpriced but we spent the New Year’s Eve in Ohrid so that’s what you get.
