Enjoyable

Everything was fine and the staff were very helpful, especially with the parking of the car. Near to the lake

The property was OK, but I didn’t like the fact that when we requested from the reception a pair of slippers because there were no slippers in the bathroom / room the answer was “there are no slippers included in the room you have reserved”. Like, should we check also for the slippers when we reserve a hotel room. I think every hotel I have been has a pair of slippers in the room.

Exceptional location, great cleaning service and welcoming staff

To days was unbelievable to sleep because of the neighbors. We have call the receptionist and they have done everything in their favor. Other things everything was perfect as always.

pity they fail on seemingly unimportant detail

simplicity of check in. functional wifi. good location. friendly staff.

empty fridge in the room. only two satchets of instant coffee, without sugar. two bags of some fruit tea. scarcity of electrcal sockets. some funny looking electrical or cable installations. low quality breakfast, and rather horrible coffee served with that (espresso too fancy to be included with the breakfast, i suppose).

You are paying just for the location and nothing more

The location is perfect

If you are in room 205 the chimney goes through the room which makes the room to hot. Unfortunatelly the cooling system is right next to the bed so if you turn it on it hits you directly in the head. Had to sleep with the cooling turned off and it was too hot because of the hot wall from the chimney. Additionally they have no parking and offer you to use the public nearby parking. But when the nearby parking is not in use (police preventing you from entering it) then you are really on your own. No offer or help from their side, its up to you to find a parking spot somewhere and bring the luggage to the hotel. If the parking can’t be used would have been a nice thing to get some help with luggage and parking tips but nope, you are left on your own They also have no elevator. You need to be ready to carry the luggage to 2-3 floor (altough to be honest they offered to find someone that will carry it for us)

Bustling restauant and bar in the prime lakefront location, easy access to the old town and beaches, very comfortable and spacious rooms with airconditioning

No kettle in the room, and the provided bathroom toilettries and breakfast choices/quality were not at a 4-star hotel level. Breakfast cost was not included in the booking

A bit disorganized

The hotel is situated right on the shore. 2 minutes walk to closest beach. Large and nicelooking room. Nice staff.

The bathroom gets flooded when you shower, as floor is leaning the wrong way. We nearly missed our bus, as staff forgot to book our taxi and the receptionist was late, so no one could help us. We had to hitchhike to the busstation eventually.

Wonderful views over Lake Ohrid

The location is perfect, just by the waterfront.

When we arrived in our room we pulled the curtain to enjoy the view over the lake. Then the whole curtain-rod fell down, it was not at all properly fixed at the ceiling. This could not be fixed so we were offered another, much smaller room but had to pay for the bigger room. Breakfast routines were odd. We were offered a special breakfast meny and they asked for our room number. Then they said we had to order breakfast a la carte. Interaction between hotel and restaurant was poor. The restaurant was too noisy.

Very good location

They Advertise to sleep for two people. They brought the kids bed and I slept In it. Very uncomfortable didn’t like it at all.
