Amazing hotel, amazing service.
I have booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, it was okay, it was a buffet. I came a bit later so the foods were just rest, but i mean i couldn‘t complain.
They have spa (with turkish bad, aromatic) sauna, and indoor swimming pool area which is great, i was by myself there and it was just perfect.
The location, pff it was pretty much out of the city. It was so faraway that you need car to go there. So by car takes 15-20mins to reach.

We really enjoyed the food—both breakfast and dinner were diverse and delicious. The lake view and the little garden terrace were very relaxing.
When we arrived, one of our rooms was not properly cleaned from the previous guest, and we had to call the cleaning staff. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very dirty.
The worst part was that the hotel hosted a wedding one night, and the parking lot was completely full. There was no parking available for us, and in the rain, we were told to park at the next hotel. This meant walking on a busy street with heavy rain, carrying small children—it was extremely unsafe and stressful. It felt like the hotel prioritized the wedding guests’ cars over the comfort and safety of regular guests.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing.
