Konaci Manastir Sveti Stefan - Ohrid

The view. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Eating on the terrace with sunset is magical. The host is very friendly and very welcoming. Great access for hikes on the mountain.

If you know where you are going it’s a perfect property. This is a monastery so you will need to climb the stairs and there is no restaurant- so need to bring your own food. You can ask delivery.

Lovely mangers with great advice on the local area. Spectacular sunsets from the balconies. The rooms are basic but very clean. No food available so a downhill walk to some restaurants across a main road but located on the water, or a long drive in traffic to the old town. Fine for one night as an experience staying in a working monetary. Ohrid is so gorgeous.

The hosts are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, treating every guest like family from the very first moment. They go out of their way to share great local recommendations, ensure your room is spotlessly clean, and provide anything you need with a genuine smile. To top it all off, the breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, fresh, and generous—made even better by the gentle mountain breeze and the panoramic lakeside vista. It is the perfect, quiet base to explore the Ohrid area while escaping the crowded center. We left with our hearts full and cannot wait to return to this peaceful haven!
