Lovely place on the promenade

The hotel is right on the lake promenade, near all places of interest. Both of our rooms had beautiful views, they were warm, nicely decorated, clean and cosy. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff were polite and willing to help.

The guests who were in our room prior to us smoked by the window and left the butts on the windowsill.

Everything is neat, well thought out, beautiful, cozy, convenient and delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent. A couple of minutes and you're right in the center, right on the lake. The room is small, but the balcony overlooks the lake. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very polite. The breakfast is excellent, so varied, there's something for every taste. Parking is right in front of the hotel, so everything is very convenient.

It's a pity there was no time to visit the SPA.

Great location and spacious rooms!

The room with a view!! We had a front facing room with a stunning view of Lake Ohrid. The path around the lake is right at your doorstep. The included breakfast also exceeded our expectations with a wide range of food to choose from buffet style. They even had a toaster which was a rare luxury in Macedonia!

The air conditioning didn't work very well at all and we tried opening the door but the noise from the crowds didn't allow for a peaceful sleep.

Great view of Lake Ohrid

Apartment room with balcony, overlooking Lake Ohrid was excellent. We spent alot of time relaxing and enjoying the view. Staff were very helpful, they arranged a return taxi from the hotel to Tirana, Albania. The hotel is positioned well, the lake is across the road, easy walk to the main waterfront part and a good choice of other restaurants and bars, even closer.

The Location was really good. It was on the Main street with everything in walking distance. Our room had a very good view of the Lake. Breakfast was good.

Poor wifi, was getting disconnected all the time. We couldn't open any of the apps on phone. There was no room service, the kitchen was closed. The spa was closed. No water kettle in the room, no coffee or tea.

Breakfast.. My room was 404. An incredible annoying noise started at 7 o’clock. It came from the ventilation system. It's not possible to sleep, even it makes headaches after a while.

Very disappointing

The location was great. It was right across from Lake Ohrid. We had beautiful balcony views.

Everything from cleanliness right down to the amenities was terrible. They had old towels with a few stains on them, frayed edges. The shower kept flooding, and the bed was uncomfortable with the tiniest sleeping pillows I've ever seen, which were flat. Also, we had a leaking ceiling as the air con was leaking water kept dripping down the walls and making a pool in your room at the end of the bed. When we went to inform them, they simply said there was nothing they could do about it and that a handy man will come and fix it (they never came to our room). Therefore, the service was so awful. It's such a shame for a beautiful location that this hotel operates like this. Very dogey, and if it wasn't for the view, we would have checked out straight away. Also, the breakfast was disgusting, all the food just sitting there open buffet not keept warm formthe hot foods, and not topped up or kept fresh. We ate in the town center cafes for breakfast, which was so much better. Out sheets were never changed with room service. We stayed there fkena week, and they just made the beds. It's not worth it even though for the price it's stated at.

Nice hotel with a great view to the lake

I booked a room with a lake view and it was great despite the fact that it was on the second floor. The hotel is located near the lake, like 30-40 meters away from the shore. Everything was in the walkable distance. The bathroom and the room were great.

The breakfast was okay, but lacked some hot food: the scrambled eggs and sausages were quite cold. The simple brochures which are usually free in every hotel cost money here. Sure it is just a euro or two, but still, it feels so unusual to pay for the brochures that are usually free of charge.
