Don't stay here at the weekend!

Ideal location, a short walk to the old town and restaurants, lovely view of the lake, the spa was really nice, small room but comfy beds

The fridge in our room wasn't working. Breakfast was ok but food not overly warm. Reception staff not very friendly. We stayed here Monday to Saturday and everything was ok till Thursday night but on the Friday night the music from the bar below us was unbearable till 1am and we were on the third floor. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason

I really enjoyed the location. The food was excellent (10/10), the staff was very professional, and the place itself is beautiful. It is definitely worth visiting again.

Some things I didn’t like were the spiders in the corners of the room and around the bed, the lack of shampoo, and the loud music from nearby bars every night.

Lake Ohrid

Location and lake view from balcony, quieter end of town. Lakeside but walking distance to Old town-5 min. 1 member of reception staff really helpful on arrival as room not ready and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks ( other could learn from her!! Some need customer service training)

No pillow case on stained pillow, took 2 requests and 4hrs to get one. Room very dated. Damage to bathroom door and leaking shower heads, although actual shower until looked fairly new. Could hear neighbours clearly. Couldn't lock door from inside so had to push unit up against door overnight. Loud music from various below until 1am

The location was perfect, i got the lake view room, it is amazing Its 10 mn walking distance to the old town, and u can rent a bicycle from the reception which us a great way to transport Highly recommended

Grandeous view, and comfortable room

The room is good, and well furnished, even if the furniture itself is a little dated. What makes this stand out is the balcony and its view. It's simply wonderful to sit there and admire the view! Well worth the price.

Magnifique

Very good and beautiful hotel, we highly recommend it. Very friendly and professional staff at the reception. The room (lake view) was clean, not very spacious but is enough for 2 people, a very good balcony. We were on the last floor and it wasn't really noisy. The street is apparently reserved for parking. The free access to Spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam, deck chairs and showers; bathrobes and slippers), just need to reserve it. The individual safe boxes are available at the reception 24/7. The good and various breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant with the lake view. Not far from the centre.

Disappointing but not a disaster.

Location was quite good and reception staff was quite helpful.

Cleanliness was horrible. Cleaning staff knocked over my cola can and it spilled all over the place. It is okay, honest mistake. BUT THEY LEFT WITHOUT CLEANING! That was super weird and I never saw that before. We asked the reception for help and they sent the cleaning ladies again. But they only mopped the floor. The table and bed was still sticky and stained and they just left after mopping the floor.

Quite a good hotel for the price. Hotel are in a good location, I really liked lake view from the balcony. I also went to the spa and was alone, which I really enjoyed. Good breakfast with a lot of options.

Disappointing

The location is great The lake view is amazing (the balcony is comfortable) The staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly There is free parking (either at the front of the property, or several meters away if all in the front is booked)

Cleanliness - we were with a toddler, so we requested different schedule based on the toddler's sleeping hours. But on more occasions only our towels were replaced (sometimes not event that). We pointed out the bad cleaning job several times, but to no avail. Either way, the overall cleanliness is rather poor. Rooms - for the price they ask, I think Vila Tino should consider some retrofitting. There are room annoyances, like: - Shortage of Electric plugs: only one electric plug on one side of the bed. - Room lighting: it's either too bright or too dim. - Balcony door doesn't close 100%: you can feel the wind and bad soundproofing. No elevator - probably nitpicking at this point, and my mistake for not researching upfront - but traveling with a toddler and climbing 3 floors several times a day is not a good idea.

Water boiling pot was very dirty. Cleaning service must check all small items in the room. There was no toilet paper and handsoap In bathroom. Big problem was the Mattress in single bed room. Overused, sagging Mattress which is quite uncomfortable to sleep on, lost it's original shape, in the middle there was a huge dip. Caused back pain. Urgently needed to replace it with new one.

Lovely location on the lake. Close to bars & restaurants. Lively restaurant with great catchy live music. Great Macedonian wine

Rude unpleasant bar staff. Got ignored after being to take a seat outside. Attempts to engage were met with ‘no speak English’ and they’d walk away. Finally got someone to get me a beer/2. Noisy pub but I didn’t mind even though the room was directly above. Guess the beer worked 😁
