Average hotel at a good location

The location, we could walk to the lake and then all the way to the city centre and back.

No elevator, we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor, the nice girl at the reception tried to help. There’s no AC at the master bedroom, only at the living room which doesn’t cover the whole apartment. There’s toilet is very small and uncomfortable.

It was superbly clean and the staff was quite helpful and friendly.

The beds weren’t as comfortable but thats quite subjective a matter. They would do great at offering breakfast as well.

It's very noisy from main Rd and concerts. Taxi's are non-existent late at night, and the hotel was too far from main attractions. The price of accommodation was too high for the distance from Old town. The reviews need to reflect these points for people who do not have transport and want to experience Ohrid.

It was so clean you couldn't any dust on the floor and to be honest I couldn't expect that amount clean the place,our rooms are very wide,shiny. location is perfect,near city center. It absolutely will be my place in Ohri. Moreover private parking lot is the best option.

Large room and bathroom. Very clean. Nice and attentive staff. All in all good value for money.

Honestly, the facilities do not quite meet European standards. It’s nothing major but to give sone examples: Curtains are not darkening the room, lack of soundproofing against noise from the main street in front, one of two shower doors is missing in the room, no bottled water is provided, there is a water cooker but coffee, tea and cups/glasses are nowhere to be found. Another downside: no breakfast is served at the hotel.

Overnight stay in Ohrid

Villa Niko is absolutely a great place to stay in Ohrid. The rooms are generous and very clean, beds are comfy and the whole place looks well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

I just wish the restaurant was working. Parking can be difficult reserve in advance.

More realistic review

Location, late check in from 10pm aranged at 11:15pm

Private parking is actualy parking on the street, where your car is reachable to anyone with bad atentions. Rooms are very big, but room no 303 have a broken window that can't be fully closed and you can hear every car, dog, drunk guy. Its very noisy all night from outside, but also from inside, you can hear every step or voice. Man on reception was a bit reserved, which was surprise, 'couse people in Ohrid are kind and nice like nowhere else. I don' t like to write bed words about small private business, but this accomodation at this moment and this price, doesn't deserve anything above 7.0. On the other hand, Ohrid definitly deserve one more visit.

No tea and coffee in the rooms (there is a kettle). A 25 min walk to the old city centre was a bit tough for us as a family with small children and without a car.
